it is great working with the Vesteva Vacation Rental group, they are amazing and so nice. Vanessa is such a great help. That is why we are coming back to Florida and using Vesteva.

Palm Pointe is a beautiful home. We never saw a bug in the house the eight days we were there. The pool is very clean and the hot tub works perfectly. The air conditioning was set at 78 and was quite comfortable for us during our stay. The house is even bigger and more beautiful in person. Ceiling fans and TV's in every room. Silent Bosch dishwasher, top of the line washer & dryer. All the appliances in the home look pretty new. You can park in the garage. For me this house had that "wow" factor and I hope to rent this home again next year.

We have been to Cape Coral many times over the last 10 years, and always choose Vesteva for our holiday stay. I have never had a bad experience with any of the Vesteva staff. Any time I needed to contact the team (which wasnt often) they were efficient and quick to fix any issue we have had. I never seem to worry about my holiday when my plans include renting from Vesteva, they are reliable and accommodating. Thank you so much!!

My husband and I stayed in Cape Vista for 16 glorious days just recently. From the moment we pulled into the driveway it felt like home. The property is absolutely gorgeous and serene. The home is equipped with everything you need. Although, we only needed one bed it was so comfy, Im sure the others were the same. Morning coffee by the pool looking out onto the canal was a dream, its my favourite thing to do while staying in Cape Coral. Its a wide canal and has the most beautiful views. We spent evenings on the dock watching the sunset, the fish and turtles. There were two turtle that came often and I truly believe they wanted us to take them out of the water if they could jump Im sure they would have. The neighbourhood was so quiet and peaceful. There are a family of burrowing owls across the street along with some tiny bunnies. It truly was the most amazing, relaxing vacation that we needed. We may have watched television for an hour maybe two. We visited Cape Harbour, the Yacht Club, Sanibel/Capiva, Ft. Myers, Barefoot Beach, and Lovers Key. Southwest Florida is amazing. Theres so many beautiful places to see and things to do. Jets Pizza is to die for if you love pizza, and isnt to far from Cape Vista. If you are thinking of renting, dont hesitate! We were so sad to leave and cant wait to return. What a beautiful, amazing home! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay, counting down the days till we can return again. Das Haus ist sehr schn eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Toller Pool und Terassenbereich mit einem BBQ Gasgrill. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Haus war sehr sauber. Die Flatscreens und auch der Khlschrank waren super. In jedem Raum und auf der Terasse befindet sich ein TV. 2 Badezimmer auf jeweils am anderen Ende des Hauses. Wir werden versuchen wieder zu kommen.

Sehr kundenorientiert und professionell. Vielen Dank fuer die Zusammenarbeit.

We stayed for 8 weeks July and August. Everything once again met and exceeded our expectations. The property is amazing. Pool and the beautiful view makes it a very relaxing stay. Vesteva team is always available to answer any questions or address any concerns. We love this property. Next year is already booked. Cant wait

MY happy place was the perfect Florida vacation for our family of 6. We have 4 boys who like to stay busy, there is a park close by with lots of amenities, the pool was wonderful, lots of pool toys. The house came with beach chairs so we didnt have to rent those, and bikes for the kids to use. The house was very spacious for us all to stay in . The house had everything in it , we didnt have to ask for anything extra, they even had starter coffee pods for us. We rented a boat the one day and the house has a boat lift which was a bonus. The canal views were breathtaking at night, the kids also loved fishing in the canal. We give MY happy place a 10/10!

Viking Estates Exceeded all my expectations. The swimming pool and hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and Turkish marble were all amazing. Very convenient and had every amenity we possibly could have needed. The place is incredible and highly recommend this property to anyone that wants to get away to a beautiful area of Florida.

We had the most wonderful time here at Villa Scarlett. The house is beautifully furnished, everything was clean and you will find everything you need here. The beds were cozy and comfortable and the kitchen was perfectly equipped. Its located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and just a short drive from the next supermarkets, the beach and nice restaurants. Our highlight was relaxing at the spacious pool area where we enjoyed our morning coffee in the sun and watched countless beautiful sunsets in the evenings. We definitely recommend Villa Scarlett and look forward to coming back in the future.

Everything was great. 1 issue that came up is access to the bubbler for the hot tub was notnaccessiblenforn2 days as the exterior bathroom was locked and we needed a staff member to come and open it.

The property was beautiful with everything you need for the time spent there. The view of the canal amd the sunsets were spectacular.

Vanessa always responds to emails quickly. I cannot sing enough praise for the entire team!

Love the feel of this house! It is beautifully decorated and so relaxing. We ended each day sitting on the adirondack chairs by the water and watching the sun set. We even did some fishing right off the pier (and did well catching fish!) We were there in the heat of summer since our kids were on summer break and the kids enjoyed the pool (there were plenty of pool toys and floats available so that was nice) Our family will definitely be back as this was a great vacation.
