All of our Rental Properties are under our management
Rental Homes include sheets, linens, pillows and blankets (spare set in closet if needed)
Towels and beach/pool towels provided
Rental Homes have free local calls (some also have no charge for calls in the Continental US)
Cleaning is between $ 150 -$400 depending on the property size
Lounge chairs, patio furniture, propane gas BBQ are provided in all of our rental homes free of charge. ( $35.00 cleaning will be added if the BBQ is not left in a clean manner)
Free Internet/WIFI/High-speed internet available
Taxes are 11.5% total which is (5.5% County Tax and 6% Florida Sales Tax)
Some homes offer beach equipment at no charge
Kitchen utensils, dishes, plates, glasses etc. are provided
Hair dryers are available
All rental homes have dishwasher, dryer, and a washing machine as well as Air Conditioning
Rental Homes have weekly pool service and weekly lawn service
The interior of our Rental Homes are treated regularly from a licensed pest control service company
Boat rentals are available upon request
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing to the following email address:
If tenant cancels the Agreement more than 45 days of their arrival date, Vesteva will charge $250.00 administration fee plus applicable 5% transaction fees.
If tenant cancels the Agreement within 31-44 days prior to their arrival date, Vesteva will charge ½ of the reservation deposit plus applicable 5% transaction fees.
If Tenant cancels the Agreement within 30 days prior to their arrival date and the full balance has been paid, tenant is not entitled to any kind of refund.
