The old Florida style property was completely remodeled in 2021 and offers all the luxuries one would expect from a fantastic seasonal vacation rental property. The property features an open floor plan with a huge kitchen island, lots of natural light, an open feel living room, plenty of sliding glass doors to the exterior. The master bedroom is located on the left side of the house while the guest bedroom is located on the opposite side. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom as well as a king size bed. The guest bedroom features a tub/shower combo, dual sinks and the guest bedroom features a queen size bed. The swimming pool faces west and is electrically heated. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the pool area while watching the occassional boat drive by. 
 

Unsere Ferienvilla Hidden Gem befindet sich im Yacht Club von Cape Coral. Das Ferienhaus liegt nur wenige Minuten von Downtown Cape Coral mit seinen Bars, Restaurants sowie Shopping Moeglichkeiten entfernt. Villa Hidden Gem ist im alten Florida Stil gebaut, wurde aber im Jahr 2021 komplett renoviert. Somit bekommt man ein Gefuehl von "Old Florida" gemischt mit neustem Top Standard. Zwei Schlafzimmer, 2 Baeder und ein open Floorplan mit viel natuerlichem Licht sind nur ein paar Highlights dieses tollen Hauses. Das Elterschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad sowie King Size Bett befindet sich auf der linken Seite des Hauses, waehrend das Gaeste Zimmer mit Queen Size Bett sich auf der rechten Seite des Hauses befindet. Im Zentrum des Hauses ist eine sehr gerauemige Kueche, Wohnzimmer sowie eine lese Ecke. Der Swimming Pool ist elektrisch beheizt und kann somit das ganze Jahr ueber benutzt werden. Geniessen Sie tolle Sonnenuntergaenge von der Haus eigenen Terrasse welche Richtung Westen ausgelegt ist. Der Bootsanleger gehoert zu dem Haus und kann nach Ruecksprache mit der Hausverwaltung gemietet werden.

Very nice location. LOVED the styling of the home. Everything we could want (would add tissues to the bathrooms). The view was amazing from the pool which was very clean and will look amazing once resurfaced. The Tiki bar down the street had great food and was actually walkable from the house. Especially lived that everything was labeled and easy to find. The upgrades on this house are just amazing.

The house is beautiful and newly remodeled. It is perfect for 4 people. The furniture and the beds are all very comfortable. It is supplied with all the utensils and cookware you needed. Plenty of dishes and silverware as well. A large grill as well. It is conveniently located to grocery shopping and restaurants. A nice quiet neighborhood. The canal was fun to watch the boats going by while sitting out by the pool. Also has chairs on the dock. All and all we would rent this home again.

We really enjoyed our stay! Perfect for our family of four. Newly remodeled and very clean. We loved how open everything was. Kids had a blast swimming in pool the and the management company kept it warm for us when the weather got a little cool. We also loved eating dinner on the lanai watching the sunset and then going for an after dinner swim. The outdoor TV was a great feature as well.

Overall we loved the place! It was clean and we loved the decor. The kids especially loved the pool. There were a few hiccups that we wanted to make you aware of: the propane ran out after 15 min of use, the dryer did not work for the last couple days, there were excessive spiderwebs above the pool, the shower in the master bath only had hot water from the ceiling shower head and wand and no hot water from either shower head in the other bathroom, the toilet was not on securely in the master bath and rocked forward when you sat down. Having said that, Lee was helpful and responsive and these issues would not stop us from staying here again. As stated in the other comments, a welcome binder would be helpful. Thank you!
