Palm Pointe is a gorgeous, three-bedroom,  2 1/2-bathroom vacation villa situated in the northern SW area of Cape Coral with direct Gulf Access.
If you enjoy tranquility, nature and many options for walks and watching Florida Wildlife you have come to the right place.
It is a quick drive to Punta Gorda downtown, and the famous Fisherman’s Village, ten minutes to Matlacha, forty-five minutes to Fort Myers Beach.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of a pristine, well designed and very spacious vacation home.
Palm Pointe features beautiful décor, the three bedrooms are fitting for two families with two king size beds and one queen size bed.
Each bedroom has Smart TV’s as well as large closets.
The home can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable in a beautifully set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with multiple options for entertainment, relaxing and lots of space for each member.
The home features plenty of light and an airy coastal design with a great floor plan. 
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.
The front living room invites you to relax and just soak in the views, also the entertainment area features a multiple options game table where you can pass time by playing games of pool, ping pong or air hockey.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious bar area there is plenty of sitting room for conversations which also is open to the dining and family room, as well as sliding doors that are facing the pool area for fantastic water views.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, fishing, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, sunbathing, and watching amazing sun sets. The boat dock wraps around ½ way around of the property and has a dock (lift only available when owners boat is not present ususally in off season, pls. check for availability).
Palm Pointe  truly has it all and is just about one hour drive from Southwest Florida International Airport. With over four-hundred miles of canals, a plethora of restaurants, nature reserves, and nearby beach towns, this location offers a wide range of activities to suit every guest.

Es ist eine kurze Fahrt in die Innenstadt von Punta Gorda und das berühmte Fischerdorf, zehn Minuten nach Matlacha, fünfundvierzig Minuten nach Fort Myers Beach.

Der Innenraum verfügt über einen sehr offenen Grundriss mit mehreren Optionen für Unterhaltung, Entspannung und viel Platz für jedes Mitglied.
Das Haus verfügt über viel Licht und ein luftiges Küstendesign mit einem großartigen Grundriss.
Beim Betreten des Hauses haben Sie einen ungehinderten Blick auf den Poolbereich und die Veranda.
Das vordere Wohnzimmer lädt Sie ein, sich zu entspannen und einfach die Aussicht zu genießen, auch der Unterhaltungsbereich verfügt über einen Spieltisch mit mehreren Optionen, an dem Sie sich die Zeit mit Billard, Tischtennis oder Airhockey vertreiben können.
Von der großen, voll ausgestatteten Küche mit ihrem großzügigen Barbereich gibt es viel Wohnzimmer für Gespräche, das auch zum Ess- und Familienzimmer offen ist, sowie Schiebetüren zum Poolbereich für einen fantastischen Blick auf das Wasser.
WLAN, Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen Ihnen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.

Zu den Highlights im Außenbereich gehören: eine große Veranda, die darauf wartet, zum Sonnenbaden, Grillen, Angeln, Faulenzen, Essen im Freien, Unterhaltung, Schwimmen im beheizten Pool, Sonnenbaden und Beobachten atemberaubender Sonnenuntergänge genutzt zu werden. Das Bootsdock umgibt die Hälfte des Grundstücks und verfügt über ein Dock und einen Bootlift (Lift ist nicht immer frei, bitte Anfragen da Eigentuemer den Lift oft selber benutzt).
Palm Pointe hat wirklich alles und ist nur etwa eine Autostunde vom Southwest Florida International Airport entfernt. Mit über 600 km Kanälen, einer Fülle von Restaurants, Naturschutzgebieten und nahe gelegenen Strandstädten bietet dieser Ort eine breite Palette an Aktivitäten für jeden Gast.
