Very easy to work with.

We loved the home, ease of access, perfect location & amenities. The hot tub was a must and the one level living is fantastic!

Had several email exchanges with Vanessa and a couple phone calls with members of the PM team. All were very professional, understood my issue or request and quickly worked to get it corrected, or explain to me how to make things work!

We absolutely loved Del Sol! The house was perfect for us. Every amenity imaginable was present and everything was in excellent shape and working order. The property was super clean inside and out, and the pool was fantastic. The Master BR bed was VERY firm, but we got used to it after several nights. It is impossible to describe how happy we were staying here. Wed love to repeat our stay at some point in the future!

My Kinda Party is a magnificent home. We loved the chandeliers and lighting. The glass doors that make the pool area part of the living room are marvelous. Everything was clean and organized. we spent most of our time hot tubbing, swimming, BBQing and relaxing on the outdoor couch, chaises, and dining table. The bed and bed linens are very comfortable. All bedrooms and bathrooms are great. The master suite is superb. I woke up every morning looking up and seeing the beautiful chandelier on the ceiling then out the window at the sky, pool, and waterway. This felt like paradise. Loved the oval tub and shower in the master. Lastly, Venessa and everyone related to the house property management were great!

Wonderful property! Beautiful, clean, awesome pool and on the canal. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay here. The home is beautifully decorated with many seating choices whether dining or relaxing. We enjoyed having dinner outside by the pool almost every night and the seeing the sun set later in the evening. The kitchen was very well supplied with spices for cooking etc. as well as condiments in the fridge.

As I mentioned earlier, we love this house! A very quiet neighborhood, close to everything you might want to do. I would say the master bed mattress is close to needing replacement and we wish the grill worked better. With all that being said, we would rent this house again without hesitation!!!

We have really enjoyed and liked all the great folks we have dealt with at Vesteva. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive.

We had a minor issue with the pool heater both Nick and Steffens responded quickly and took care of it Nick went above and beyond and replaced our propane when he was there

An excellent house for kids and families well equipped kitchen allowed us to make most of our meals at home the lobster lady seafood market is close and fresh Tough to leave coral getaway but we are already looking into next years trip and it will most loosely be with Vesteva

We loved our recent stay at this beautiful property in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The owners have attended to every detail to make rental guests feel welcome. The house was incredibly sparkly clean when we arrived. The living areas are spacious and decorated in soft serene colors making it easy to relax and enjoy every minute weve spent here. The kitchen has everything to make casual or more elaborate dinners. We enjoyed our time on the lanai every day having cocktails, dining, reading, and swimming in the pool. The easy walk to Cape Harbor and Marina with its many shops, restaurants, and live music was a nice and unexpected plus. Cape Coral is such a wonderful community with many great choices for dining, nature areas for walking, and a. variety of waterfront activities to enjoy. We love too the proximity to so many stunning beaches which are slowly recovering from Hurricane Ian. We certainly plan to return again and again!

We had a great stay at Bermuda. We will return. The location of the house is excellent and the use of the bikes are great. The spa feature is great.

Great location & a very nice property.

We had a wonderful week in Cape Coral. Beautiful well equipped home, and we especially appreciated the warm pool. Perfect!

Lee came out to trouble shoot Wi-Fi for pool operation, explained how to manually control , and asked if we needed anything else. Stopped by, wasnt home but came back in an hour, and was very helpful !! 5 stars. Also pool guy, spent time checking water, and really scrubbed pool and cleaning , made us feel that even the pool was as clean and sanitized as the home. Very reassuring.

Communication from pre-booking questions, to arrival, check in , to issue resolution, to cleanliness, furnishings , and that pool, all 5 star !! Vesteva you made my turning 65 BDay trip into an easy, stress free vacation. Final comment from my girlfriend was Thank You for a really great , stress free vacation. That says it all. Thank You
