Villa Aloha Cove has been remodeled in early 2019 and features an open floor plan with split bedrooms. The kitchen is the main focal point of the property with a pass through window to the lanai. The open dining room and formal living room are located just off the kitchen as well as the main living room featuring comfortable leather couches and a flat screen TV. The two guest rooms share a bathroom which also serves as a pool bathroom. The master bedroom is located on the opposite side of the house and features a large king size bed as well as dual sinks and a shower.
The basin view from the SW facing pool area is the highlight of this property. The salt water swimming pool is large and is electrically heated. There is plenty of lounge and hang out space on the lanai. Seating for six as well as a 3-way game table are located on the lanai for your entertainment purposes.

Unsere Villa Aloha Cove liegt Zentral an der SE/SW Cape Coral Grenze, ganz in der Naehe des Santa Barbara Blvd. Das 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Baeder Haus mit fantastischem Blick auf einen grossen Kanal wurde Anfang 2019 renoviert. Die offene Kueche mit zwei Wohnzimmern sowie offenem Esszimmer bieten genuegend Platz fuer 6 Gaeste. Zwei der drei Schlafzimmer befinden sich auf der rechten Seite des Hauses waehrend das Master Schlafzimmer auf der linken Seite des Hauses ist. Der grosse Terrassenbereich bietet genuegend Platz zum relaxen und entspannen. Fuer Entertainment ist mit dem 3-way Entertainment Tisch gesorgt. Der elektrisch beheizte Salzwasser Swimmingpool kann das ganze Jahr ueber benutzt werden.

- $75.00 a week towards electric usage is included
- Cleaning fee of $275.00 will be added to the rental amount
