A beautiful property with a fantastic location. This immaculate property sits on a picturesque lake. From the pool to the covered lanai its provided us with the most relaxing holiday! The house was fully stocked with anything we could need to prepare a meal. Close to grocery and shopping and close proximity to the beach. We will make this a re-visit for sure.

Vanessa and the team were absolutely amazing from start to finish! They were so responsive and quick and remade sure to make us feel right at home with recommendations close to the house. Some of the owners were on site to use the boat one of the days and couldnt have been more friendly!

We absolutely loved staying with Vesteva, it was an amazing experience. The house was beautiful and clean and we felt immediately comfortable. We brought our pups along and they had an absolute blast and we could not have had a more perfect week. We highly recommend Vesteva, both for this house and for their incredible customer service!

Amazing experience, one of the best vacations my family ever had and we have visited 63 countries previously. The house is immaculate, very well maintained and in a great residential location. Communication with Vesteva was flawless and the crew was very friendly. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and definitely plan to come back very soon!

My husband, 12 year old daughter and I were very happy with our stay. We were looking for a nice quiet place to relax, but still have plenty of things to do close to us. This house is perfect for that! It is close to grocery stores, restaurants and water activities. We had a great time relaxing by the pool during the day and exploring in the evenings. The only problem we had was the pool filter system wasn't working the first couple days of our stay but was taken care of quickly. I think there should be guidance to how the pool system works and if anything needs done to operate it or make sure it is working. We didn't know the filter wasn't working until the pool guy came out to check on it. Overall it was an awesome place to stay and we enjoyed our vacation! We would definitely go back!

House was fantastic! Larger than expected and the master and bath was massive! There was a fantastic pool and spa. Great space for the entire family. The deck near the water was also beautiful and large. Overall would highly recommend this house!

Very nice location. LOVED the styling of the home. Everything we could want (would add tissues to the bathrooms). The view was amazing from the pool which was very clean and will look amazing once resurfaced. The Tiki bar down the street had great food and was actually walkable from the house. Especially lived that everything was labeled and easy to find. The upgrades on this house are just amazing.

Excellent vaca home for the family! Everyone had their own spaces, and there was lots for us to do here together, as well. We were lucky enough to see the manatees, too! We fished, kayaked, swam, and actually enjoyed several chefs in the huge kitchen. Great for couples retreat or a fam vaca. Highly recommend this home.

The spacious design, fully stocked kitchen & home really had everything our family needed for the week. We loved the grill bc we love cooking. The lanai views are absolutely beautiful of the wide open canal. The house was large enough everyone had their own space to retreat after long days at the beach! I text the owners a few times of questions I had & they were quick to respond back! We the Cape as we have family there but this house was in a beautiful neighborhood & centrally located to everything! Would definitely book here again!

Lee was very friendly and helpful when he visited us. He also gave us great recommendations for dining and sightseeing.

We very much enjoyed the stay in Villa Coconut. Eventually it would be great for next guests to purchase salad servers (as we did not find any) and a bigger laundry rack.

We loved everything.. place was clean and well supplied with everything we needed (beach chair, towels, beach towels, kitchen stuff - and we were cooking a lot).. Cons/suggestions to make this place 100% perfect: 1 - some kind of shelf in bathtub area.. I used bathtub daily and needed to keep my items like shampoo and body wash on the floor - which was hard to reach from the deep bathtub 2 - little bit more lighting in pool area would be a bomb Everything else was just perfect

The only thing I would ask is if you could invest in some new pillows for the beds. They are pretty hard and uncomfortable for sleeping. Im sure they get heavy use, and its a small thing, but I would make sure to get new ones regularly because it adds so much to the comfort level. Thank you again for such a great experience in your beautiful home. My family and I enjoy visiting Cape Coral and Sanibel, and it is just the perfect spot for us. We will be booking again next year!

Beautiful home! The view is amazing, the pool is great! The house is so roomy and comfortable. We loved the master bedroom! So comfortable and huge! Small touches made this a perfect house for us. Laundry room, kids separate from the adults, fully stocked kitchen, nice grill, garage, comfortable furniture, so clean and well maintained. We had a hiccup and the host was awesome at communicating and fixing things. Bonus: burrowing owl nest protected across the street. They were so fun to watch in the morning. We would stay here again!

Considering we had to change houses at the last minute, we were super happy with how things turned out. Little trouble getting in the door when we arrived. We also didnt have any trash bags. We bought some. No biggie. Pans/cooking utensils could use an upgrade. The house was beautiful, well decorated, super clean, the bed was AMAZING. The pool was awesome and the view was spectacular. Thank you so much!
