When entering the front door you will find a spacious floor plan featuring high ceiling, an open concept floorplan with a large open kitchen and island with amply of hang out space.
The floor plan is open to the living and dining room.
The three bedrooms (2 King and 1 Queen) as well as 3 full bathroom vacation villa will offer your family plenty of space to relax and recharge.
For those who still work on their vacation time, there is a den with work desk or room for quiet reading and reflecting.
The home is centrally located close to Surfside with its restaurants and stores and the neighborhood offers great options for walking.
This location is a convenient drive to all central settings in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, forty - five minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home.
Del Sol features beautiful décor and can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable in this beautifully set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious coastal design with a great floor plan and double front doors, which upon entering you have a great view to your pool area and canal.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, or just watching amazing sun rises.
If you like additional entertainment space, why not relax with the propane fire pit by the Tiki Hut, where you can enjoy and watch the Florida Fish and Wildlife.
There is a seawall and a concrete dock for canal fishing or boat docking.

Zu den Highlights im Außenbereich gehören: eine große Veranda, die darauf wartet, zum Sonnenbaden, Grillen, Faulenzen, Essen im Freien, für Unterhaltung, Schwimmen im beheizten Pool oder einfach zum Beobachten des atemberaubenden Sonnenaufgangs genutzt zu werden.

- Bank fees are payable by tenant
- Pets are not allowed except on listings that state "pets welcome"
  if pets are allowed there is a $ 150 non-refundable pet fee to be charged.
- No smoking inside any of the rental houses
- $75.00 a week towards electric usage is included
- Cleaning fee of $300.00 will be added to the rental amount
- Reservation Deposit 30% from the Rental Balance
