Villa Savona SW, this tropical, warm vacation home is located in the desirable SW area of Cape Coral and features a calming Gulf Access canal with a large open pool area. The boat dock serves as a perfect location to dock your rental boat for the adventures to come. 

Villa Savona SW is located near a centrally located street with a great neighborhood for walking and close to shops and stores as well as Restaurants.

The home is about 15 min drive to the Caloosahatchee River, 10 minutes to Matlacha, and 40 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island.

Our guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate and elegant vacation home. This villa features 3 bedrooms and a den with workspace, two of the bedrooms are set up with Queen beds and one with a Full bed. The master has its own en-suite bathroom, the 2 guest bedrooms are located on the other wing of the home and have a shared hallway bathroom. The guests also have the use of a pool bathroom which is located of the pool area.

Villa Savona SW can comfortably accommodate 6 guests with ample room to entertain. For your convenience, there is Wi-Fi, Netflix, extra blankets, pillows, and all the essentials you need for your stay.

The open kitchen layout to the dining and living room is fantastic for preparing food but being in the center of everything. The home has an oversized pool area where everyone can spread out with a comfortable lounge area, dining area as well as plenty of room to sunbath and to enjoy the Florida weather.

Please note there is currently construction across the home, which is anticipated to be done in the fall of 2022, this is reflected in the discounted rate set for this home.

The garage is not for guest use as the owner stores his personal belongings.
