Am Haus steht ein Dock fuer Ihr Mietboot zur Verfuegung (Bootslift steht leider nicht zur Verfuegung). Die Terrasse mit Westlage und tollem Blick auf mehrere Kanal Kreuzungen machen den Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse schon einen Florida Urlaub wert. Der grosse Swimmingpool mit Whirlpool sowie die ueberdimensionale Terrasse bieten genuegend Platz fuer 10 Gaeste. 
Das Haus hat 5 Schlafzimmer, 5 Baeder plus einen separaten "Gameroom" mit Air Hockey und elektrischen "Fire Place".
