This beautiful Key West style vacation home is located in a small gated community in Bonita Springs. The house has south exposure, a beautiful garden and an astonishing view onto a tropical river. Infinity edge pool and jacuzzi. Only a few minutes to the beach. The beautifully and uniquely furnished house makes the perfect cozy vacation home. Wi-Fi internet, telephone and fax available. Explore the area with the included canoe or bikes!
The river behind the house is a quiet no wake zone but once you hit open water of the Gulf of Mexico, you can even water ski! You can reach the open water in less than 30 minutes. The pool area features a large, deep pool with overflow, hot tub and lounge chairs. Dining for 8 is also possible outside.
The master bedroom overlooks the Imperial River and the pool with south exposure and infinity edge creates a very special view when the sun shines through the blinds. The bathroom features a big oval bath tub, two sinks and a big walk in shower as well as two walk in closets. The guest bedroom has another king bed and a comfortable pull out couch. The second bath in the house has a big walk in shower and dual sinks.
A wide and big screen TV and a stereo system invite to lounging on the couch in the evening. Nice tropical decor with rattan tables and chairs make dining in this house an experience. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge with ice maker and water fountain, microwave, oven, ceran stove, blender and dish washer.

Serene location on the Imperial River but close to beaches and restaurants. For families- nice, safe community within bike ride or very short drive to nice playground/ball field of Bonita Springs. Kitchen is well stocked and fun to use the kayak on the river! Have everything you need for the beach as well. Wonderful place and efficient and responsive management! Itd be amazing to be able to come back!

We loved our stay. It was the perfect escape and a nice quiet neighborhood. The home is beautifully decorated, very clean, kitchen is well stocked, beds were comfortable- this house has everything you could possibly want and more. We spent a lot of time on the lanai & used the pool and hot tub every day. Our son loved the landscape & pool lighting at night. Also enjoyed kayaking on the river and bird watching. 3 of us worked/schooled remotely and no issues with WiFi during the week.

There definitely should be a television in the bedroom. We noticed this was a recurrent comment written by other guests in the guest book. The house also had a sound system which we were unable to operate. The instructions for operating other things in the house was very complete it would of been helpful if there was one for this.

Very much enjoyed our stay. The property is wonderful. We loved that it is very private and very quiet. We saw more wildlife right outside the lanai (ospreys, eagles, herons, ibises, dolphins) than we did at Ding Darling.
This was a wonderful vacation rental and the weather was just about perfect the entire time.

We vacation in this area at least 4 times a year and would stay here again if the pool heater was repaired. The spa heater worked but the pool heater did not unless it was restricted due to not wanting guests to turn it up too high.
