Reel and Relax is one of our largest accommodating properties; allowing up to eight guests! It is a modern coastal styled home located in the Yacht Club Area of SW Cape Coral. The local beach is only a quick drive away

The location is very central, and you have access to the following, Cape Coral Yacht Club Public Beach, Bonita Beach, Fort Myers Beach, as well as Sanibel and Captiva Island.

This rental feature 4 bedrooms (2 Kings, 1 Queen, and 2 Bunk Beds) and 3 full bathrooms.

Reel and Relax has many amenities to elevate your stay: extra pillows and blankets, linens, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, and more. The interior boasts a light and spacious design complete with an open floor plan. Between the kitchen and living room is a pool table to entertain on the rare occasion of a rainy day.

The outside lanai area features a pool, hot tub, lounger chairs, outdoor dining, and more! There are many games and areas to stay busy and soak up the Florida sun, here. Seven beach chairs are provided for you to take on your next trip to the beach!

The spacious design, fully stocked kitchen & home really had everything our family needed for the week. We loved the grill bc we love cooking. The lanai views are absolutely beautiful of the wide open canal. The house was large enough everyone had their own space to retreat after long days at the beach! I text the owners a few times of questions I had & they were quick to respond back! We the Cape as we have family there but this house was in a beautiful neighborhood & centrally located to everything! Would definitely book here again!

The house was even better than pictures! We loved that everyone had their own space. The property was located in a great area for morning walks and easy access to all the hotspots. We rented a boat, so the dock was a major factor in our decision. We were thrilled with how easy it was to boat to popular destinations like Sanibel, Captiva, and Fort Myers. The pool and patio area was great for beginning and end of day chill time. Highly recommend this propertybeautiful furnishings, incredibly well equipped, high end appliances, and comfortable. The beds were super comfortable too! Well be back!

We feel very lucky to have found this property and that it was available for us to rent during our stay! The home is very welcoming, clean and fully stocked. We appreciated everything in the kitchen, and the many beach and bath towels. Our family enjoyed all of the amenities - outdoor grilling, happy hour on the deck, a few games of billiards, and most of all the pool area! We loved all of the outdoor comfortable seating options, outdoor dining table, and the pool itself was amazing. We enjoyed the hot tub from morning til night, too. The neighborhood is very quiet, close to grocery, and overall just a beautiful area. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We hope to enjoy REEL & RELAX again!

- Each additional person is $ 20.00 per night plus tax
- Check-in Time 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out Time 10:00 a.m.
- Sales Tax (6.5%) and Tourist Tax (5%) will be added (total 11.5%)
- All major Credit Cards accepted (convenience fee applies)
- Bank fees are payable by the tenant
- Pets are not allowed except on listings that state "pets welcome"
  if pets are allowed there is a $150 ,+ Tax non-refundable pet fee to be charged.
- No smoking inside any of the rental houses
- $75.00 a week towards electric usage is included
- A cleaning fee of $ 275.00 will be added to the rental amount
- Reservation Deposit 30% from the Rental Balance
- If the home has an outdoor kitchen that is set up with a built in BBQ, the built in BBQ is for owner use only. Guests will have a stand-alone gas BBQ available for use during their stay.
- When booking through a 3rd party such as Airbnb, VRBO etc.  pls. note you will also receive an email from Vesteva that will need to be approved and acknowledged and just reinforces the Terms and Conditions already stated on those 3rd party sites.
