Villa Fun in the Sun is a cozy vacation rental home located in the premier SW Cape Coral area. You are very centrally located about 15 minutes to Matlacha, fourty minutes to Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel Island.

If you choose to take the water route WHY NOT, the home offers its own private boat dock featuring an approximately 30 min drive to have Gulf access. The lush garden surrounding the property offers a great vacation feel.

Here, guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of a pristine, well designed vacation home. This rental feature 3 bedrooms (3 Queen beds ) and 2 full bathrooms.

Villa Fun in the Sun can comfortably accommodate six guests with ample room to entertain. For your convenience, there is Wi-Fi, Netflix, extra blankets, and pillows, and all of the essentials you need for your stay.

From the kitchen there is an open layout to the dining and living room. Additionally, there are 2 bicycles available if you like to discover the surrounding area on one of the many great bicycle paths.

There is no shortage of outdoor entertaining options at Fun in the Sun. Whether you choose to dine under the shaded patio with ample seating or sunbathe in the lanai on one of the lounge chaises you will be sure to enjoy the Florida sun. Fun in the Sun ist ein gemütliches Ferienhaus im Strandstil im Südwesten von Cape Coral mit Zugang zum Golf. Es ist eine etwa 40-minütige Fahrt zum Caloosahatchee River, 15 Minuten nach Matlacha, 30-40 Minuten nach Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel und Captiva Island.

Dieses Ferienhaus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer (3 Queen) und 2 Badezimmer. Fun in the Sun bietet bequem Platz für sechs Gäste mit viel Platz für Unterhaltung. Für Ihren Komfort gibt es WLAN, Netflix, zusätzliche Decken und Kissen sowie alle wichtigen Dinge, die Sie für Ihren Aufenthalt benötigen.

Von der Küche gibt es einen offenen Grundriss zum Ess- und Wohnzimmer. Darüber hinaus verfügt das Haus über 2 Fahrräder und einen Bootssteg mit Aufzug, falls Sie die Gegend mit dem Boot erkunden möchten.

- Each additional person is $ 20.00 per night plus tax
- Check-in Time 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out Time 10:00 a.m.
- Sales Tax (6.5%) and Tourist Tax (5%) will be added (total 11.5%)
- All major Credit Cards accepted (convenience fee applies)
- Bank fees are payable by the tenant
- Pets are not allowed except on listings that state "pets welcome"
  if pets are allowed there is a $150 ,+ Tax non-refundable pet fee to be charged.
- No smoking inside any of the rental houses
- $75.00 a week towards electric usage is included
- A cleaning fee of $ 275.00 will be added to the rental amount
- Reservation Deposit 30% from the Rental Balance
- If the home has an outdoor kitchen that is set up with a built in BBQ, the built in BBQ is for owner use only. Guests will have a stand-alone gas BBQ available for use during their stay.
