The multi-level home features 2 main bedroom suites (one upstairs and one downstairs) that are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with two king-size bedrooms, one queen bedroom and one with two twin beds that are located on the upper level.
 
The downstairs main bedroom features a wing with his and her walk-in closets, large bathroom suite with walk in shower and garden tub as well as separate sinks and a separate toilet. The downstairs main bedroom has a king-size bed and walk-out access to the pool area and patio.

The upstairs main king bedroom provides also a wing with two walks in closets, large bathroom suite with walk in shower and garden tub and dual sinks. The suite offers access to the upstairs balcony with amazing views of the canal and Caloosahatchee River, lounge area and sunbathing options. A desk and TV are also set up for you to use.

In addition, the upstairs features a game room with a foosball table, couches to relax and watch TV, bar with fridge and walk out to the oversized balcony that offers seating and lounges for evening drinks or sunset views.
The other two bedrooms which feature a Queen bedroom and two Twin beds with balcony as well as en-suite bathrooms and TV’s make the upstairs complete.
The Villa can fit up to 8 guests very comfortable in this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space. The kitchen, living room and large dining table provide the open living concept typical for Florida with plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be the center of entertainment.
The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat and the oversized sliding doors offer an amazing view of the outdoor living space.

- Rental rate includes 4 people
- Each additional person is $ 20.00 per night plus tax
- Check-in Time 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out Time 10:00 a.m.
- Sales Tax (6.5%) and Tourist Tax (5%) will be added (total 11.5%)

- Bank fees are payable by the tenant

   if pets are allowed there is a $ 150 non-refundable pet fee to be charged.
- No smoking inside any of the rental houses
- $75.00 a week towards electric usage is included

- Reservation Deposit 30% from the Rental Balance
- If the home has an outdoor kitchen that is set up with a built in BBQ, the built in BBQ is for owner use only. Guests will have a  stand-alone gas BBQ available for use during their stay.
