Das Haus ist sehr schn eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Toller Pool und Terassenbereich mit einem BBQ Gasgrill. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Haus war sehr sauber. Die Flatscreens und auch der Khlschrank waren super. In jedem Raum und auf der Terasse befindet sich ein TV. 2 Badezimmer auf jeweils am anderen Ende des Hauses. Wir werden versuchen wieder zu kommen.

We loved the Beach House! Would be nice if the bikes were in better condition, and if there were two kids bikes, we would have used them more because of all the awesome bike trails! But all in all, we absolutely loved our stay!!

This was the perfect stay for our family florida vacation! The home and outdoor space was amazing and the house is close to great restaurants and drivable to both ft meyers and sanibel beaches! Highly recommend this location and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home!!! The pool and lanai are absolutely amazing. Our family had a great time. Could watch the sunrise and sunset each day which was beautiful. We typically road trip and move locations every day or two- so this was a really great experience staying in one location for a week and enjoying all it has to offer. We loved having the kayaks available to use as well. Grilling out while we swam was such fun too. Loved it here. Our kids are begging to come back again every year..... I wouldnt mind that at all! ;) Also- Clinton was a fun fave in the house!

FYI the notebook says to put the garbage out on Thursday. But the garage paper says Tuesday. We didnt get it out on the right day because the notebook was wrong and we didnt see the sign in the garage until Thursday night and wondered why it didnt get picked up. We hadnt used much anyway so there was plenty of room for the next guests- but may want to fix that. :) Lovely home! We had a wonderful time! Thank you!!!!

The Beach House was the perfect place to spend a relaxing week. It is well-decorated, clean, and comfortable. We were happy to find the kitchen was well-stocked (pans, knives, glassware, etc.). There was also a good selection of spices and some other basic cooking supplies (sugar, oil, etc.). So check before you do your grocery shopping! They also provide lots of towels (beach and bathroom), coolers, and floaties for the pool. It felt like home with all the extras that were there. The pool and lanai area were beautiful and on a quiet canal. We took the kayaks out one night and had a beautiful sunset paddle. We spent most of our week out under the lanai. It was the perfect spot for sunbathing and playing in the pool, but also had a great shaded area for playing cards and eating our meals. We loved it and would definitely recommend!

The Beach House had a fully-equipped kitchen including a griddle. The coffee maker had a choice of a drip pot or Keurig pod, which was great. We used the bikes but not the kayaks since we were nervous kayakers. We enjoyed the view of the canal. Convenient Cape Coral location near many stores. We walked every day and felt very safe. We highly recommend this place!

Steffan was very prompt to reply to my texts. You may want to check the smoke alarms. After the first time they went off at 1:30 AM, I let Stephen know and he had the batteries replaced and all of the smoke alarms. Great! But during our stay, the alarms went off two more times. I let him know that we determined it was a fluke. We loved having the barbecue grill and heated pool.

This home is a real gem! It is so well equipped (they literally have thought of everything), beautifully decorated and super clean. We spent much of our time enjoying the screened patio area, pool and dock. The fishing poles supplied were great. We caught various types of fish throughout our stay. The his and her bicycles were a nice feature as well. The home is situated in a well maintained and quiet neighborhood but only a short drive to various stores and restaurants. Vanessa was a pleasure to work with - super responsive and accommodating. We would highly recommend this property and are already thinking about when we can return! Thank You, Missy & Don Smith
