As soon as you open the door, you will be entering a large living room with a wide-open floor plan, offering breathtaking views. This home offers a grandiose space, with a large sitting area for relaxing or reading with beautiful views of the pool area. The family room is open to the kitchen and dining area.
Bella Vida has a magnificent southern exposure facing canal guaranteeing sun all day. Welcome to Paradise.
This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 5 minutes to Matlacha, 45 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 50 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, luxury and well-designed open vacation home.
Bella Vida features beautiful airy décor; the three bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with two King size bedrooms and one Queen bedroom.
Two of the king bedrooms have their isolated bathroom, which gives you plenty of privacy. The third bedroom is situated also with its own private bath.
A little build in desk area in the kitchen offers space for those who have to work during their vacation but still want to be part of the commotion.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities. The kitchen, living room and large dining table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything.
The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat. 
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious bar there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
