This is a perfectly beautiful house with very nice amenities, in a quiet neighborhood. It was hard to leave! I stayed with kids (ages 6-12) and it was spacious, clean and entertaining. Beyond anything we had expected which was a lovely surprise. The neighborhood is so peaceful. We enjoyed the bikes, kayaks, fishing rods, not to mention the pool. It felt like a luxurious escape. Only 3 miles from just about anything places you might need - grocery store, pharmacy, etc... We would love to come back and stay again.

Thank you for your help with our stay last week. We really enjoyed our time there and hated to leave. I appreciated your responses and would look for a Vesteva rental next time we are down.

This place was beyond what I expected. We will be back! Everything was so clean. I have 4 teenagers. We had plenty of privacy. Internet worked great for my son. And the girls and I had fun laying out and swimming. Really no reason to even leave the house. We did go to fort Myers beach for the day. And it was a quick drive.

I absolutely loved staying here. Thank you so much. We will be back!

Great property. The master bath, walkout patio door from the bedroom to the pool plus outdoor dining area was awesome. Pine Island is just a few minutes drive and getting to Ft Myers and Sanibel is easy. I would definitely recommend.

We have been renting fro Vesteva for five years and would highly recommend this company over other vacation rental companies that we had used prior to meeting the excellent team at Vesteva. As long as we are able, we will continue to rent vacation homes in Cape Coral from them.

An absolutely beautiful, well equipped and well cared for home. We have chosen to rent another property for the 2021 season only because this property has four bedrooms and is too large for just the two of us.

Excellent and we have already booked through Vesteva for 2021 vacation

We loved our stay! We have 2 small kids who really enjoyed the heated pool and all the amenities that came with the place. Will definitely book again!

The name says it all. The view from this home is absolutely amazing. The outdoor space is huge and where we spent most of our time. The heated pool is beautiful, and we enjoyed the jacuzzi, especially on a cooler evening. The home itself is beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood.

This location was perfect for our group coming down from the north for Spring Training! It has a hot tub for the early spring cool nights and a great location close to plenty of restaurants, takeout, eat-in and grocery. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend for future stays!

We had an awesome stay! Loved the spot which was perfect for our group attending spring training and getting out of the northern cold! Our only recommendation is that the beds were uncomfortable. Specifically the 2 guest suites. Maybe an upgrade of mattresses are in order. Otherwise we would certainly rent again if you would have us

We had a fabulous time at this rental. It was a beautiful retreat. We enjoyed it so much we did not feel the need to go anywhere. Everything we needed was right there including a well stocked kitchen with every utensil we might need. The coffee maker was set for k cups or regular brewing. We would definitely stay again. .

This place is spacious, stylish and comfortable. The pool area is wonderful and quite large (the water is REALLY WARM). Much less expensive than other similar houses weve visited. Highly recommend.

Vanessa was extremely friendly and easy to work with. If we come back to the area, we will definitely book through Vesteva again.

We loved the home and the amenities. Our kids loved the pool and the TVs in their rooms as well as the air hockey table and ping pong table. We really enjoyed the dock area on the canal and fished nightly. Our son caught quite a few small fish. The linens were in good condition. It would be nice to have more chairs for the beach. The ones in the home are not in the best condition and there werent very many. Another thing helpful for a day at the beach would be a small cooler. We got along fine without it though. We didnt really like the banner on the dock that announced it was a vacation home either. Those are the only 3 things that I would recommend. Overall it was a great experience and we will hopefully be back!

Fabulous view from not only lanai but Throughout most of the inside of the house. The pool and hot tub were easy to operate and offered the same spectacular panoramic view of the Caloosahatchee River. Many fun restaurants and bars within 5 miles with ratings of at least 4.5 stars. Quiet end of street allowed for easy biking and dog walking.

The Vesteva management team is very easy to interact with, making arrival and departures at the property stress free as well as the booking process. Vanessa is very accommodating with any issues being quickly resolved.

We stayed at several properties during our recent visit including Italy House and Sunshine. Each were beautifully furnished, comfortable, and well equipped. The large lanai and pool areas made family cookouts so enjoyable.

Everyone we worked with Eva and Vanessa were great. Excellent follow up.

We had a wonderful time and Canal Grande was in a great canal location for boating. The house was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was that the pool was not warm enough so we did not use it. If we do return we would like that to be addressed. Thanks very much!!
