It was a beautiful time

Very clean, well equipped home with room for all 6 of us comfortably. We loved the pool and tiki hut plus all the additional things that make a vacation great like bikes, fishing gear, bbq, pool toys, beach chairS, cooler etc ... We would definitely go back. The home was beautiful and the instructions clear. Thanks again!

Steffen made the whole experience enjoyable from the easy check-in to assisting us quickly when the washer had a malfunction. I've stayed at major hotel chains that are not as responsive to a small issue the way Steffen was.

Absolutely Perfect is the best way to describe our stay. Pool with the infinity ledge made the day so relaxing and the area was quite so no loud parties to contend with during our stay. We've found Cape Coral to be one of our favorite vacation spots to visit and we will be back soon!

The photos for this house do it absolutely no justice. It is the most beautiful Airbnb I have stayed in. It was a great location, not too far of a drive to the beach. The Team at Vesteva Vacation Rentals were all great with communicating and was there to help anytime! Will definitely be coming back to Cape Coral just to stay here again!

I highly recommend this home. Amazing stay, the house is comfortable, clean with a great layout. The property It sits on is fantastic, incredible views and the pool and hot tub made the trip even better! Icing on the cake, we had a dolphin visit, it popped up right behind the house, so cool! Vesteva team is responsive and friendly and came right over when asked to explain things.

The house is located in a beautiful area of Cape Coral. Very quiet, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen is very complete. The pool is beautiful. The bikes really great and the neighborhood great to ride! The beach is not near but you can take your car and go to it. It has a publix near by in case you need to buy something!

The house was more than what we expected. It was very clean and accommodating. The pool was perfect temperature. They had all the pots and pans and dishes you need. The neighborhood is very nice and very safe. We went for walks down the street and in the whole neighborhood. Would not change anything! When visiting Cape Coral, this is the place you need to stay.

Everyone we spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was nice to work with a FL based team who was in the know in regards to the ever changing rental property rules. Many other companies I contacted were European based and simply didnt have the local resources your team does. It is evident that you vet your properties closely and require a certain standard for inclusion in your portfolio.

This property was exactly as described, and even nicer than the pictures!. Decor was beautiful, warm and welcoming. All the towels and linens were of the highest quality, as were all of the furnishings indoors and out. We would absolutely stay here again, or at any other Vesteva properties.

We rented Sunset Point for a week in June. Owner was very responsive. House is at a quiet and safe location. It was clean, kitchen was well equipped and pool was wonderful. We had a good time.

We had a fabulous day and did not want to end our vacation.

We had to cancel our trip from Germany to Florida because of the Corona Crises. Within a few days, we got the full deposit back even though we had to cancel at short notice. Very fair treatment of costumers, great and highly recommended. Thank you, Eva.

This place is awesome! We had a wonderful time without any issues. The house was extremely clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. even a few fishing rods and bikes in the garage was a nice touch. We will be sure to stay here again!!!!

Definitely spot on with description. Very clean, great neighborhood, quiet and peaceful. Spacious house with an awesome pool area. The grill came in use as we did not want to eat out everyday. Area of the house is near tons of restaurants, shopping, grocery, pharmacies! Had a great vacation!!

Loved the house, location and neighborhood. Very quiet and peaceful, great for taking walks. Pool was great and the bed was comfy. Blanket was a bit heavy in the master bedroom but I think that might be our only complaint. Loved that there was a grill, did lots of BBQ. Spacious house. Great host, explained check in/out very clearly!

We love the Flamingo House! The Flamingo House is just perfect! The attention to detail in the home ensures guests have everything they need to enjoy their vacation in style! The home is beautiful, and the pool area in the back is a wonderful retreat for relaxation, cooling down and enjoying the sunshine. This home is great for both families and adults looking for a quiet vacation. The location was perfect- very close to grocery stores, restaurants and activities, but in a super quiet neighborhood where our kids could ride their bikes and be outside without concern. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a great vacation spot!

This is a great house to enjoy time on the water. The interior is beautiful with a fabulous kitchen, as are the pool and hot tub. I recommend also renting a boat from Cape Coral Charter Boats. The house has a dock to keep a boat for as many days as you like, and it's minutes by boat out into the sound

Great hosts - beautiful, pristine home. The location was great and having the pool as well as canal access for fishing was fun. Having the kayaks there was a bonus and we all enjoyed them over the course of the weekend. Our only suggestion (it is so minor) as in improvement on the quality of pillows on the beds. Everything was great - thank you!!!
