The property features 2 spacious living rooms, a split floor plan with a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is being used as a pool bath.
The kitchen features an upgraded granite counter top as well as wood cabinets and a pass through window to the lanai. The swimming pool faces West which is ideal for maximum sun. The Gulf of Mexico can be reached from the property's own boat boat lift and wrap around boat dock (boat lift is not available to tenants!!!).
For the non boaters, the dock can be used as a fishing pier or a sun deck to relax and work on ones tan.

Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz fuer bis zu 6 Personen. 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Baeder (eines davon wird as Poolbad benutzt) sowie 2 separate Wohnzimmer stehen fuer Sie bereit. Die Kueche ist komplett ausgestattet. 
Die Westlage des Hauses bietet dem Sonnenliebhaber den ganzen Tag Sonne. Vom Haus eigenen Bootsdock kann man in knapp 35 Minuten auf den Caloosahatchee River und dann den Gulf von Mexiko gelangen. Ein Dock steht Ihnen zur Verfuegung und kann auch gerne zum Fischen benutzt werden (auf dem Bootlift befindet sich das Boot des Eigentuemers, ist somit nicht verfuegbar!!!).

This home was very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. The pool and hot tub was an added bonus to this house with plenty of chairs around the pool and a nice gas grill. There was a table and chairs on the lanai which was nice for having dinner by the pool or if you prefer some shade. There was new bikes in the garage which we enjoyed rides in the morning. My husband enjoyed taking the kayak on the canal that was also provided. The location was great! It was convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and bars. I cant say anything negative about this house. Would stay again.
