It boasts a large sunny screened in lanai with an outdoor bar/kitchen, TV lounge space, fire pit, indoor/outdoor surround sound system, pool/spa and more! The interior living space has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and a split bedroom floor plan with the master on one side and the remaining two bedrooms on the opposite side of the house. All bedrooms include a Smart TV, while the living room has a large 75" Smart TV. There is a bonus game room with foosball, an arcade, jumbo connect 4, and many table and card games. This house is both pet friendly with a fully fenced in backyard and kid friendly, with a pack n play, booster chair, baby monitor, toddler play climber and slide, outlet covers and cabinet locks (if needed).

- Check-in Time 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out Time 10:00 a.m.
- Sales Tax (6.5%) and Tourist Tax (5%) will be added (total 11.5%)
- Security Deposit $750.00
- All major Credit Cards accepted (convenience fee applies)
- Bank fees are payable by the tenant
- Pets are not allowed except on listings that state "pets welcome"
   if pets are allowed there is a $ 150 non-refundable pet fee to be charged.
- No smoking inside any of the rental houses
- $75.00 a week towards electric usage is included
- A cleaning fee of $ 275.00 will be added to the rental amount
- Reservation Deposit 30% from the Rental Balance
