The home is centrally located with Gulf Access, walking distance to restaurants, shopping or just an easy bike ride to Cape Coral’s vibrant downtown area. If you enjoy tranquility, but being in the center of great amenities, you have come to the right place.
This location offers a quick drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, thirty minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home. Lover’s Key features beautiful airy and beachy décor, the two bedrooms are fitting for two couples or a small family with two king size beds.
Lover’s Key can fit up to 4 guests very comfortable with this cozy set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious coastal design with a great floor plan and glass patio doors that bring in plenty of light when enjoying your vacation retreat. 
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.
From the fully equipped kitchen with its nook area with views of the outside or the formal dining area with garden views this home is just comfortable and a fantastic home away from home with a great island feel.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, relaxing on the boat dock and watching amazing sun sets.
There is a seawall and a concrete dock for canal fishing or boat docking.

Wenn Sie die Ruhe genießen, sich aber dennoch inmitten großartiger Annehmlichkeiten befinden, sind Sie bei uns genau richtig.
Dieser Standort bietet eine schnelle Fahrt zu allen zentralen Orten in Cape Coral. Nach Matlacha sind es etwa 15 Minuten, nach Fort Myers Beach 30 Minuten und zum Florida International Airport etwa 45 Minuten.

Beim Betreten des Hauses haben Sie einen freien Blick auf den Poolbereich und die Veranda.
Von der voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Eckbereich mit Blick nach draußen oder dem formellen Essbereich mit Blick auf den Garten ist dieses Haus einfach komfortabel und ein fantastisches zweites Zuhause mit großartigem Inselgefühl.
WLAN sowie eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner stehen Ihnen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.

Zu den Highlights des Außenbereichs gehören: eine große Veranda, die zum Sonnenbaden, Grillen, Faulenzen, Essen im Freien, Unterhaltung, Schwimmen im beheizten Pool, Entspannen auf dem Bootssteg und Beobachten atemberaubender Sonnenuntergänge genutzt werden kann.
Es gibt einen Damm und einen Betonsteg zum Angeln am Kanal oder zum Anlegen von Booten.
