The Vesteva management team is very easy to interact with, making arrival and departures at the property stress free as well as the booking process. Vanessa is very accommodating with any issues being quickly resolved.

We stayed at several properties during our recent visit including Italy House and Sunshine. Each were beautifully furnished, comfortable, and well equipped. The large lanai and pool areas made family cookouts so enjoyable.

Everyone we worked with Eva and Vanessa were great. Excellent follow up.

We had a wonderful time and Canal Grande was in a great canal location for boating. The house was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was that the pool was not warm enough so we did not use it. If we do return we would like that to be addressed. Thanks very much!!

This house is very large, spacious and beautifully appointed. The indoor space has different areas to spread out, enjoy time together and/or time alone. We enjoyed the outdoor space with the lap pool and the very large open deck. We will be back

Your team was very efficient. Our ice maker was having issues and Robert called the service man and the service man called us to schedule an appointment time. I took a picture of 2 outside chairs that were severely worn and sent it to Venessa and they were replaced 3 days later. Your follow up is fantastic!!

The house we rented was very comfortable and the furnishings were excellent. The neighborhood was quite too. My husband really liked the recliner. As a first time renter, I would have thought I would have had the first chance at the house we rented for next year but when I called mid February ... the house was already taken for next year. I would have appreciated a heads up concerning next year's rental property. I thought the party at Rudy and Eva's house was very nice. I particularly enjoyed meeting the family and putting a face with a name. The little granddaughter is adorable! My Mom and Dad ran a towing/diesel mechanic business that was passed to my brother and now his son. My husband farms with his brother and my daughter owns and operates her own business. It takes hard work and dedication. I like to support the family owned business!! It was nice to meet some fellow renters to visit and share your experiences. We will be returning next February and have Pina Cabana rented. We are already looking forward to our stay.

We would definitely recommend going through Vesteva Rentals. Information you receive is really good. We did decide to come back to Cape Coral next year and we are renting through Vesteva.

We really enjoyed the property. Too bad it is not available next year for we definitely would be renting it.

The house was absolutely spotless! Our favorite was eating all our meals on the patio by the pool over looking the canal . We would definitely give this home a 5 star.

Amazing home--very clean and plenty of room. The pool and lanai area are truly amazing. Pool was sparkling clean. My only gripe is we should be able to raise pool heat above 84 on colder days. It was too cool to swim for a couple of our days.

Any time a trip/place to stay meets expectations it's so nice. Very rarely do they exceed them but this place did! Before we left we were already talking about coming back and looking forward to our next stay at that house because it was so perfect for us! It's very peaceful and quiet, not once were we disturbed by noises from neighbors or boats or workers. Location is great for getting anywhere in the area and all the essentials (gas, groceries, restaurants) are within 5-10 minutes. Fast, reliable internet, great TV, large and spacious, and a master shower to die for! This place is 100% as advertised and then some.

The team was very helpful with the few concerns that we did have. It was nice to be able to communicate so easily with someone, no voicemails or delays in getting back to us.

My only interaction was with Steffen via text and he was able to answer my questions quickly and accurately. Everything else was done via e-mail and the web and went flawlessly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Pineapple palace and will be attempting to return again next year. If for some reason it's not available I will look at other properties available from Vesteva before looking anywhere else. Thanks so much!

Spacious home with a nice private pool and view of the canal. Comfortable beds and furniture. Easy access to Cape Coral and Ft. Myers area. We felt right at home!

Quick response to two issues: 1) replaced non-working fan in master bedroom within 2 days and replaced new pool cues to replace broken ones

Great location! Beautiful and clean house with many awesome upgrates throughot. We loved hanging out by the pool and bikes in the garage made our vacation extra special. Almost daily we were bike riding to Marina's and around the neighborhood. Thank you for your hospitality Vesteva!

The host was really great. Everything was prepared when we arrived. Even as we arrived very late at night, the lights were on outside and a few lights inside to get easier along. The next day someone checked-in to see if everything is fine which was great in my opinion as he gave some useful tips on which beach to go and when is the best time to leave to avoid the traffic. The property was very clean a lot of amenities were provided. The neighborhood was also nice and clean. Pool was great - our 6 year old son loved to swim in it. Overall there is nothing to complain about. It really felt home from the first minute.

Vesteva is simply the best. Steffen and Vanessa are great to work with, very responsive, and always happy to help. This company takes such pride in their vacation homes, they keep them super clean and in excellent maintenance. Bob Orlando took great care of us during check in and check out...we are very pleased with our choice of Vesteva Vacation rentals and we look forward to many years of doing business here.

Villa Bel Air is a wonderful home. It is sparkly clean, well appointed and in a great neighborhood and location. The bedrooms (3 with king sized beds, one with two sets of bunk beds) are large and very accommodating. Comfortable beds made for a great night's rest. Bel Air is located within easy access to shopping, restaurants and entertainment and is within a great residential neighborhood. The home is on a beautiful canal, with direct access to the river and ocean. Bel Air is beautifully furnished and decorated. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to cook a great meal. Everything is well maintained and in working order. The screened in pool overlooking the canal is super clean and the boat dock is perfect for sitting by the water or even doing some fishing. We will definitely stay here again for many years to come. Thank you Vesteva!

When we walked through the door we were so pleased. It was such a beautiful, new place and sparkling clean. There was much attention to detail with plenty of towels, bedding, kitchen gadgets, everything you need for a trip to the beach, yoga mat, weights, etc. My favorite had to be the Margaritaville bicycle with a pineapple theme. Kayaks were even provided, although we didnt take advantage of them. The pool was very clean and kept at a comfortable temp. We enjoyed the lanai often. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

You have a beautiful home and we really enjoyed the space.

This house is perfect! Giant cathedral ceilings on a open split floor plan. The pool is amazing and the heater and hot tub are very efficient allowing you to only heat the hot tub when you would like to use it. Nice quiet neighborhood with friendly people. Several nice touches with fishing pools and bikes. Very large amount both bath and pool towels. Would definitely book again for another 10 day trip.
