Needed a quick week in the sun from the Northern grayness

This house was a great spot and wonderful for vacation. The pool was clean, the house was a large space and set up very well, the kitchen and grill were fully stocked. The house is great but a little outdated. Its clean and has everything you need but if youre looking for flashy or modern the house is a little older. Everything was wonderful and fit our needs just fine.

We loved our stay at the Blue Abaco! Beautiful place and it truly felt like being at home. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. We felt like we were the only ones around. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked! We didn't want to leave! All of this after a bad experience with another host who yanked our reservation after we missed a confirmation email. We had to scramble to find a new place, and feel lucky that we landed at Blue Abaco!

We enjoyed our stay so much! We had originally booked another Airbnb and had to scramble to find a new place all because we missed a confirmation email from the other place. We were not treated well by the host at all. This experience was the exact opposite. From the moment we booked, we had wonderful communication from the hosts. The ambience when we arrived was so nice. We felt at home the entire trip! Thank you for redeeming our confidence in Airbnb!!!

This property, Cape Vista, suited our needs to a "T". Very spacious and roomy. Each guest had space for quiet time as well as lots of shared space for intermingling. The furnishings are lovely and very comfortable. A beautiful view from every window with a wide open look at the canal. The sunsets are spectacular and we were very lucky to view the antics of several manatees while enjoying the pool. This property is centrally located to shopping and eating out. The owners attended to every detail including labeling every light switch to avoid running about the room to find the correct switch! There is lots of space in each room for guests personal items. Drawers, closets and cupboards provide ample room for convenient storage of clothing, toiletries and in the kitchen we never felt crowding with the combination of the supplies provided by the owners and the items we added for food preparation. A huge win, win on choosing this property we will definitely return!

I really only had email no contact with a person but the house was what we were hoping for.

The grill is very hard to control the heat and there was some small ants around the house. Otherwise we really enjoyed the pool and location. It was very roomy and clean. Also appreciate having chairs bikes and all the furnishings to use.

One word - AMAZING!! You will not be disappointed with this house. Yes, it takes about 30 minutes to get to Sanibel and other Ft Meyers area beaches but the trade-off is worth it! The house had everything we could ask for - pool, hot tub, kitchen items, towels (beach& bath), plenty of extra pillows, massive Viking Grill, paddle boards, beach bikes, beach chairs. You name it - the house had it. If I had to list some cons they would be the following: The A/C panels are confusing. There are a lot of them and we just didn't understand how to use them in the beginning. Completely operator error but maybe some directions in the binder would be nice. I would have also liked more directions on how to use the pool heater remote. We did a lot of trial and error to figure out what turned everything on. Lastly, the dryer didn't work very well. It took about 4 hours to dry a load of towels. The house cleaner also mentioned that the dryer was taking a long time. These by no means should keep you from staying in the house. Just make sure you ask your rep at check in how to use everything properly.

Good communication throughout booking process. Had a situation where a door locked and wouldn't unlock, and they were out within the hour to fix despite being late on a Sunday. Very attentive and professional service.

Very comfortable and everything was there that we needed. Great to have child locks on kitchen drawers and cupboards. Much more spacious than photos suggest. We loved the pool, and hanging out on the lanai. We have friends locally in Cape Coral so we hosted a thanksgiving bbq before we left. Everyone commented on what a lovely home it is. The location is great too. I do remember it being quite fiddly to adjust the pool/spa settings (as others have mentioned) but that is a minor issue in such a beautiful home.

This home is a real gem! It is so well equipped (they literally have thought of everything), beautifully decorated and super clean. We spent much of our time enjoying the screened patio area, pool and dock. The fishing poles supplied were great. We caught various types of fish throughout our stay. The his and her bicycles were a nice feature as well. The home is situated in a well maintained and quiet neighborhood but only a short drive to various stores and restaurants. Vanessa was a pleasure to work with - super responsive and accommodating. We would highly recommend this property and are already thinking about when we can return! Thank You, Missy & Don Smith

Our stay was great. House was exactly as described! Nice quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. Pool was nice and warm. It was great being right in the canal, so my husband could wake up and fish in the mornings.

My husband and I stayed a week with our small dog and really enjoyed the house and the pool. The house is sparkling clean, tastefully furnished, the king bed is comfortable and the bathroom is pleasant. The kitchen is very well stocked talking about cooking utensils but we needed to buy some basic supplies. It was fun to use the kitchen. The house is located in a quiet area. We would stay again.

This place is a great place to stay! It was a beautiful place and it was very clean and well kept. They have everything you need and if there was a question, we got a very quick response. The pool area was a perfect place to spend your time. I would definitely recommend renting a car though because there are not many places to go in walking distance. But overall, our stay was very nice!

This property was very nice. The kitchen was well-stocked, the location was great, the neighborhood felt safe. Vanessa at Vesteva gave great customer service, very timely responses to my questions. Robert, our on-site property contact, was pleasant and very accommodating and helpful. We would definitely work with Vesteva again.

Everything was great - the only thing we didn't like about the property was the furniture in the living room - the cushions seemed pretty worn and would have been nice to have at least 1 recliner to relax after a long day. Otherwise the property was awesome - thanks for everything.

This is the most beautiful home we've stayed at! No need or want for anything! This home has all bases covered! 3 king size beds! Everyone sleeps in a king size bed these days the were so comfortable! The covered and privacy screened lanai is your own private oasis! No need to leave the property.... it's just a dream home. We watched TV while in the pool another great feature, an outdoor TV! The owners have made your comfort their number one priority and it shows throughout the Palms! You Must see for yourself! If you're considering south Florida, this is the place to stay... without a doubt!

Wir haben vom 20.12.19 bis 06.01.20 eine tolle und erholsame Zeit in der wirklich sehr schnen FLOWERS VILLA verbracht. Es ist bereits das 2.Mal nach 2011, dass wir einen wunderschnen Urlaub in der FLOWERS VILLA (ex Villa Dolce Vita) verbracht haben. Es hat uns absolut an nichts gefehlt, wir kommen bestimmt nochmal nach Cape Coral und gerne in die VILLA FLOWERS. Vielen Dank schreibt Familie Karasch aus Deutschland!
