Canale Grande is a gorgeous, breathtaking four-bedroom, two full bathroom luxury Villa with amazing amenities.
Canale Grande is situated in the highly desirable SW Cape. Centrally located with Gulf Access, walking distance to restaurants and shopping, near Tarpon Point Marina.
As soon as you open the door, you will be entering a large living room with breathtaking views. This home offers tons of space, with an open floor plan that features a kitchen open to the living space, dining area, living room as well as a designated work space. Welcome to Paradise.
This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, luxury and well-designed open vacation home.
Canale Grande features beautiful airy décor, the four bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with one king size bedroom, and three bedrooms featuring queen beds.
The main bedroom suite with sitting area and en-suite bathroom as well as patio access and fantastic views of a magnificent eastern exposure facing canal guaranteeing memorable sunrises. The other three bedrooms have a shared bathroom accessible through the hallway. There is a separate laundry room that has also access to the garage. Please note the owners car occupies one side of the garage.
The Villa can fit up to 8 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities. The kitchen, living room and dining table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything.
The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious island there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, outdoor shower, al fresco dining with a large table that has plenty of seating for 8 guests, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, relaxing outside or just watching amazing sun rises from your eastern facing pool deck or the Tiki Hut.
There is a light up boat dock great for hanging out or for canal fishing or boat docking.
Canale Grande truly has it all. With over four-hundred miles of canals, a plethora of restaurants, nature reserves, and nearby beach towns, this location offers a wide range of activities to suit every guest.

Kitchen pans could be upgraded. tv in living room isn't a smart tv and audio equipment was outdated. pool area had a lot of weeds growing up between pavers and just kind of made it look unkept. Beds were comfortable. House was very nice and we'd stay again if going to the Ft. Myers area.

We had a wonderful time and Canal Grande was in a great canal location for boating. The house was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was that the pool was not warm enough so we did not use it. If we do return we would like that to be addressed. Thanks very much!!

We had a wonderful vacation and Christmas staying at Canal Grande in Cape Coral. The house was spacy and clean, the beds very comfy. We enjoyed the house a lot.
And on top of all the weather was fantastic, most days the temperature outside was above 85 degrees. So there where no need to heat the pool. When we where at the house our youngest daughter (10y) spent most of her time in the pool.
Sanibel beach was fantastic.

- If the home has an outdoor kitchen that is set up with a built in BBQ, the built in BBQ is for owner use only. Guests will have a stand-alone gas BBQ available for use during their stay.
