The master bedroom has a luxurious en suite bathroom with large shower and bathtub and two separate walk-in closets for him and her.  5 TV sets (no cable TV), 5 DVD players, and 5.1 surround sound music equipment allow for perfect entertainment. High-speed wireless internet throughout the house. Outdoor living includes the large, covered dining area with barbecue grill and several sitting areas next to the custom-built pool and by the dock. The generous, lush garden offers an amazing atmosphere and is very inviting to either relax or take a swim in the heated pool. Or will you rather go on a boat ride to the nearby beaches? From the private boat dock with its 12,000-pound capacity boat lifts, it is only 900 feet to the river without bridges or locks.

The house is located in the idyllic Sunset Cove area of Fort Myers, on the river side of McGregor Boulevard and yet only a 25-minute drive by car from Fort Myers International Airport (RSW) and very near to all your shopping needs, including the well-known Bell Tower Shops and the Rutenberg Park with free all-day tennis courts and the closest golf course, Fort Myers Country Club, are both just five minutes away.
