We once again had a wonderful vacation in Cape Coral! Thanks again to the great team of VESTEVA. The whole family is taken care of us in an extremely friendly manner. Even little things as the pool temperature they took care of even on the weekend! We are definitely coming back again!

Porto del Mare is a very silent home, nicely decorated and especially the 4 bedrooms and the wonderful lanai with western exposure and a perfect pool with hot tap we liked the most!

Great team to work with. Very knowledgeable about all aspects of the home.

The property was well above expectations. It was extremely clean and had all the amenities anyone would love. Quiet neighborhood but with everything you would need near by. The pool was the perfect temperature throughout our stay. Beautiful view of the lake. Will rent again next year.

The house is beautiful, well maintained, and has all the amenities you could be looking for. The pool and hot tub are amazing, and the location at the corner of two canals makes for a beautiful and peaceful view!

Stunning home with a breathtaking view of the canal. The home is meticulously maintained in a gorgeous neighbour hood.

This was the most stunning home weve stayed in while visiting family in Florida. The amenities were outstanding! Robert from Vesteva vacations (property manager) was such a great host and responded within less than 20 min when we had a question. Stunning home! And the view was breathtaking!

This vacation home is beautifully located and an absolutely wonderful. Our stay was delightful and we look forward to staying again.

The rental house was really nice. The only disappointment was the shortage of towels. Overall we had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely love to come back for another visit. Thank you again for also opening your house early this made our trip very comfortable.

Excellent for a family vacation with an amazing infinity pool and lots and lots of space. Great kitchen for a large group and waterfront views on the 8 lakes were beautiful! Issues were taken care of quickly. Pool heater was very inconsistent, but other than that - would highly recommend!

Hello - we wanted to thank Bob for his quick response to the issues we had. He was prompt - and was able to get people to fix the really badly leaking refrigerator, swimming pool pump/heater (multiple times) and the dishwasher.

The place is really nice, cozy, super clean, stylish interior design and very comfortable. Also all the amenities within the house were terrific, the owmers left some laundry and detergent and softener as well as other things to get you started. Very thoughtful touch. Also, there are beach chairs and umbrella for use. Excellent place to stay with kids. The pool was great and we used it a lot. The area is quiet and safe and 30/40 min away from nice beaches. Would definitely come back.

Beautiful house, very spacious. Our family really enjoyed the pool and fishing in the river. Very nice vacation and we hope to return.

Amazing. The lock box code did not work. I made one call and (I believe Eva) unlocked the door remotely for us. Great service.

Once again, the whole rental process was so easy. From the check-in visit to the final visit, staff were friendly, prompt and helpful. This is our fourth time down and I will be utilizing Vesteva again in the future.

Vesteva rentals have yet to disappoint me. The house was beautiful and comfortable. It makes for a very relaxing week and takes all the stress out of wondering what you are going to find when you get there. Great location on a canal yet total privacy if that was what you are seeking. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Loved the house, pool and all the amenities we certainly would rent again.

Loved this home, didn't want to leave and go back home to snow. This was the best home we ever rented and will rent it again, Hosts were great and helpful. the tiki hut bar was a great space for the men to enjoy and the women too. the pool was always heated and very welcoming, the hot tub spa was great also, we rented a boat for 3 days and was easy to dock, This home has everything for everyone will let all my friends and family know about this vacation home

We had a great time, was a beautiful home with many areas to enjoy. We rented a boat and had it for 3 days so was great to have a space for the boat. we will let friends know about this home so they can look into renting it for their vacation, we will rent it again

Wow! What an amazing place ... all the comforts of home! All updated, stunning ...! Great space for a family get away! Amenities and details made our stay easy, welcoming, fun, worry free!

Great stay! Honestly, the only things (very minor) that were challenges were (see below). We loved it! We are coming back to Vesteva again next year!! (1) never could figure out how to connect an auxiliary device to the sound system. (2) Had trouble engaging the top of slider door locking pins ... for extra pool security for grand children.

The house was stunning from first site. Huge glass door leading into amazing lounge with full glass windows/doors showing a pool and lake view. Absolutely amazing. Master bedroom was huge and so was en-suite and wardrobe. Very nicely decorated again. Living area was a perfect family space. Kitchen and family room had fully opening patio doors to outdoor table and grill. Pool was brilliant size and heated. Deck by lake was a brilliant place to watch the sunset and fish jumping. Altogether an amazing place for family vacation

We called Robert Orlando to help us footing a power outage when the pool pump stopped working. He was very helpful and bright and cheerful. A lovely man.

We had a most enjoyable stay. The property suited us perfectly. We will certainly stay again.

Wir hatten eine groartige Zeit in diesem tollen Ferienhaus - insbesondere der Auenbereich und Bootsdock hat es uns angetan. Alles sehr gepflegt und alles vorhanden, was man bentigt und auch super bequeme Betten.

This home was so welcoming!! The temperature was perfect, not to mention the pool being amaaaaazing! It was so clean and joyful to be in. The neighborhood is high end, with very little noise.
