The “Great Room” boasts an open concept with cathedral ceilings, separate formal dining room, featured gourmet kitchen, a relaxing bar and entertainment area providing an inviting retreat at the end of the day. The floor plan confirms compete privacy with the Master suite located on the east side of the home opposite the guest rooms located along the west side of the home. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The Master ensuite features a walk-in shower, jacuzzi, and separate vanities. The expansive water views surrounding La Carina’s southern exposure provide a wonderful panorama beyond the spacious lanai. pool deck and private dock out to intersecting canals, tropical vegetation and breathtaking sunsets. Fish or watch for playful dolphins that frequent the dock and seawall along the water’s edge. There is docking available for a boat (the lifts are in use by the owner).

- Rental rate includes 4 people
- Each additional person is $20.00 per night plus tax
- Check-in Time 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out Time 10:00 a.m.
- Sales Tax (6.5%) and Tourist Tax (5%) will be added (total 11.5%)
- Security Deposit $750.00
- All major Credit Cards accepted (convenience fee applies)
- Bank fees are payable by tenant
- Pets are not allowed except on listings that state "pets welcome"
- No smoking inside any of the rental houses
- $75.00 a week towards electric usage is included
- Cleaning fee of $275.00 will be added to the rental amount
- Reservation Deposit 30% from the Rental Balance
