Absolutely stunning house in a great location with all the perfect amenities. Very clean, modern, family friendly house with the comfiest beds around. The outdoor living space is what dreams are made out of. 99% of our time enjoying the fantastic pool and spacious living quarters, BBQ for those easy night dinners, and outdoor tv so you never have to go inside. Enjoy all things Florida while you stay here! HIGHLY recommend this property!

My family and I had a wonderful Staycation experience! Serene location right on the water with a coconut tree right outside of our door! We actually saw the fish jumping out of the water while a friendly Duck and Iguana walked right up to us on two separate occasions! We didnt use ALL of the amenities provided because the home was ALL that we needed! BYOB and Food! It was a wonderful place to meditate and stay in Self Quarantine! Thank You so very much for having us!

We had already stayed in a Vesteva property. We love the fact that we can do everything online but when you need anyone from team, they are quick, very gentle and responsive.

La Florida is a nice property and we stayed for 4 nights with my wife and 2 kids. If your intention is to relax, house is self-sufficient. Pool, fishing in the canal, nice outdoor are to cook and very comfortable furniture throughout the home. You also can have nice seafood in Cape Coral, Sanibel or Captiva. Really recommended.

We stayed in Bellissimo vacation rental in Cape Coral for 5 days in August 2020. We have rented from Airbnb several times before, in Washington DC, Colorado, Canada and France. This was by far the one place that exceeded our expectations and where the actual place was even better than in the pictures. First the house was new, maybe a year old. All the furniture, mattresses, towels and appliances were brand new. This was a complete package, the owners had thought of every little detail. There were pool toys, games, 6 (!!!) tv's, ping pong table, beach umbrella and chairs etc. The whole house was tastefully decorated and on arrival, all the beds had "hotel" towel animals on them! Talk about a warm welcome. Thank you Vesteva management company! The outside area was like a second living room and us and the kids ended using it to the fullest. The pool was roomy and hot tub enjoyable. In addition there was even a deck on the canal with a tiki hut! This was a perfect relaxing vacation. We drove to Sanibel island one day (30 min drive) and to Siesta Key beach (1 h 20 mins) another day. We were planning on using local restaurants a couple of nights, but because of covid-19 and the house being so enjoyable, we ended cooking our selves every night. Can highly recommend this place. This was a place that you would like to go another time.

This is a nice house, comfortable and clean, great boat dock. We appreciated being able to bring our dog and let him run around in the fenced in yard. We rented a boat for the week and the house was a great base for exploring the area by boat, great location and easy access out to the waterways. I recommend!

Beautiful house in a quiet location. Home is in excellent condition overall. Outdoor eating area and screened-in pool are lovely. New beds and linens, and many upgrades throughout. The only issues were small cosmetic ones. Some light bulbs were out, the whirlpool bathtub had dirty jets and labeled switches didn't correspond to the fixtures they were controlling. These minor issues are easy fixes, and once completed I believe this is a 5 star property all around.

My husband and I and our 3 yr old daughter just stayed a week at this beautiful home and loved it. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and has a great view of the canal and beautiful sunsets in the evening. The decor is stylish, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking and the pool and linai are amazing. It was really nice to drive to Sanibel and Captiva and come back to this beautiful peaceful home in the evenings. We would definitely book this stay again.

We loved the house! It was amazing! The only issue that we had was that dishwasher was not washing well and washing machine had a bad odor after the clothing was washed! Everything else was lovely! Cant wait to stay here again!

The time we spent in the house was extraordinary. Not only was the property homely and well-kept, the plentiful amenities made it a welcome home away from home. Spacious, modern and comfortable, we hardly wanted to leave the house. The small details made all the difference, from a pack of coffee filters for the coffee maker to the board games kept under the TV console. The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming and the house was less than a mile from dining, groceries and banking needs. Given the opportunity we would love the opportunity to stay at a similar property again. Loved it!

Very nice house, beautifully decorated, relax view and comfortable spaces. About 30 min to Ft Myers Beach, add about 5-10min more to Sanibel. Grocery stores are about 9-10 min drive (Publix, Target, Walmart, etc). Don't forget to bring your fishing gear and be prepare to have a relax time with a good beer and friends. Also, the two gentleman who works for the property: Axel and Steffen, they were so polite and nice with us.

The house was very clean and Vesteva was great at communicating. We had a zero-contact arrival (lockbox) which was great (writing during Covid and quarentines). The kitchen is fantastic and very well stocked with dishes and cook ware-convection over, dishwasher, large refrigerator, two coffee makers (one upstairs) and a blender. You can dine in the kitchen, dining room or on the patio (two tables out there). Having a washer and dryer was great. Internet was fast and the connection was very good. The pool and spa are lovely but it would be useful to have a summary of how to work the controls (there is an automated panel inside the house to adjust temperature and lights). The garage is big and open allowing room for your vehicle (we brought our own kayaks and kept them in there as well). The dock was great (can do some fishing from it) and we rented a boat for the week (Vesteva can provide recommendations). There is a restriction on the electricity usage- this should be considered as we were very conservative yet still had a $32 surcharge for the week. But overall, it is a fantastic house in a great location. We saw dolphin swimming in the canal from the pool- what more can you ask for? Would definitely stay again. This was the perfect getaway while staying away from others.

We really loved the house and the kitchen was fantastic and very well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. (It would have been nice to have some windex to clean the table tops). We appreciated the boat rental information and we had a great time. The billiard table was great. Regarding the electrical usage- roll the cost into the rental rate for the average of what it costs seasonally- you should be able to get that from your bill- and apply a set overage based on KW usage (i.e. over 100 KW per day will be charged a surplus...) I understand the need to put something there- since people will run the AC with the doors open- but your limit feels unreasonable given the size of the house.

Took my daughter on her first trip to SW Florida. Found this amazing house and it met all of our needs. The house was spotless and the amenities were exactly what we we were looking for. Amazing location, beautiful pool, extremely clean. We were extremely happy with our decision. Until next time!

Vesteva staff was very helpful and responsive

We stayed here for a week, and will definitely be back next year. The house was so clean, we loved cooking in the kitchen, and relaxing in the living room at night. The out door TV was a huge bonus too. The Deck that viewed the water was so beautiful every morning and evening, watching the fish jump out of the water was great way to relax. We rented kayaks for the week that we took out every day, such a great way to see more of the canals. We love that they also had a dock for if we wanted to rent boats. Can't wait to come back! Our stay at Cape Coastal was wonderful. The house was beautiful and in a wonderful location, and the Vesteva staff was very helpful and responsive. Our kids spent a lot of time in the pool, and we used the outdoor seating areas on a nightly basis. The house is also very close to Sanibel and Captiva, which gave us several options for dining out, beaches, and sunsets. We're already planning a return trip in the near future.

There were several features on this home that were above our expectations. Extremely well kept, clean, and comfortable. Some of the images are out of date when we reserved our stay at this location. It features and small dock on the patio area with a great sitting area on the canal, which we enjoy with a glass of wine. Kitchen utensils, bedding, furniture, all are chosen with quality in mind, and amazingly comfortable.

If you want something personal quiet & private & memorable this is the place for a beautiful staycation in your state. We had a very nice time! The theme of the home is beautiful! We had a very nice time!

Thank you very much for your courtesy & politeness it was very appreciated. The only flaw was the fact that I was very stressed in regards to the electricity of not going over, ( I in my own home am energy friendly) however it turned out good at the end. I took care of the home as if it were mine. I am very was sad because I left my new charger of my new cell phone in your home in one of the bedrooms. Everything was very nice thank you!

The stay was very nice overall. We were surprised that the amenities pack, was so small for a 3 week stay, seems like if you stay a day or a month its the same which does not make much sense. But we are new to the rental house game so what do we know... Thanks again for a nice stay.

My family had such an amazing trip. Home was spotless and had everything we needed. Only thing was we did run out of toilet paper and i didn't realize we needed to purchase our own but thats not a huge deal just was a little unexpected. But we had the best time and didn't want to leave. We spent most of the day in the pool and spa the pool was amazing. Can't wait to come back here again.

The house was absolutely gorgeous and sparkling clean. We loved the water front view and pool area. We had a very relaxing vacation. The host was kind and very prompt to answer all my questions. I will definitely come back with my family.

We had a great time at White Sands. We spent 10 days mostly at home enjoying the pool, the canals, grilling, and cooking. Kids loved the pool! The house itself is beautiful, with nice high ceilings and modern open spaces. Everything was spotless and you could tell great care was taken to clean every surface (number one priority for us). The kitchen has everything you can think of and appliances are really clean and work well. The lanai and pool area is where we spent most of the day. Pool is well taken care of and the spa gets hot quickly when on. They even have pool toys and floats to play with. We used the dock often to launch kayak and SUP. The area is safe and quiet and our next door neighbors were nice on both sides. The rental company Vesteva was great with us. They answered immediately by phone or text and were always very accommodating. Overall great experience, we will be back
