Serene location on the Imperial River but close to beaches and restaurants. For families- nice, safe community within bike ride or very short drive to nice playground/ball field of Bonita Springs. Kitchen is well stocked and fun to use the kayak on the river! Have everything you need for the beach as well. Wonderful place and efficient and responsive management! Itd be amazing to be able to come back!

We loved our stay. It was the perfect escape and a nice quiet neighborhood. The home is beautifully decorated, very clean, kitchen is well stocked, beds were comfortable- this house has everything you could possibly want and more. We spent a lot of time on the lanai & used the pool and hot tub every day. Our son loved the landscape & pool lighting at night. Also enjoyed kayaking on the river and bird watching. 3 of us worked/schooled remotely and no issues with WiFi during the week.

We loved our stay and didnt want to leave when the week was up. Your home is amazing and we hope to return some day.

The Beach House had a fully-equipped kitchen including a griddle. The coffee maker had a choice of a drip pot or Keurig pod, which was great. We used the bikes but not the kayaks since we were nervous kayakers. We enjoyed the view of the canal. Convenient Cape Coral location near many stores. We walked every day and felt very safe. We highly recommend this place!

Steffan was very prompt to reply to my texts. You may want to check the smoke alarms. After the first time they went off at 1:30 AM, I let Stephen know and he had the batteries replaced and all of the smoke alarms. Great! But during our stay, the alarms went off two more times. I let him know that we determined it was a fluke. We loved having the barbecue grill and heated pool.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Great location and lots to do nearby. We used the heated pool everyday. We booked this specifically because of all the amenities for children. Would recommend to a family.

We enjoyed the town and area. Lots to do close by. We visited sanibel island, fort meyers beach, and many local parks. We enjoyed using many of the amenities like the childrens toys, the pool safety gate was the best safety feature for our child. We utilized the kayaks, beach chairs and coolers. We spent the majority of our time on the Lanai where we ate all our meals. House features and finishes were done nicely. We didnt watch much tv at all but the TVs in every room is a nice option as well. Thank you and we look forward to returning.

Very nice large house in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Amenities used, all working well: wifi, TV, a/c, pool heating, garage. Easy check in, everything very clean. Stayed a month, and will book again for future stays in Cape Coral.

Great house, wonderful location. If you have little ones traveling with you, this house has everything you need. The best part was the child gate to the pool, so we could leave the doors open yet not have to worry about the kids and the water. Really great place!

Great location if you like peace and quiet. We saw manatees and lots of fish jumping in the canal and we really enjoyed the pool area. Grocery store and golf course fairly close but allow about an hour to drive to the beaches. We rented a boat in Cape Coral and had a great afternoon on the water. The house is very spacious and it was nice to have a garage. The kitchen has everything you need to make your own meals. Enjoyed our stay!

Very clean, stylish place! Pool was great and so was the master suite. We had a great time.

This is a beautiful property and exactly as pictured in the listing. We really enjoyed our time in Cape Coral and the surrounding area. The pool was really warm--heated into the 80s--and did have a solar cover to help keep the heat in overnight. January nights did drop down into the 50s, but the days were in the mid to upper 70s. We used the hot tub 4-5 times and did not go over our electric allowance. There were several pool toys for the younger crowd and a few rafts for the older ones. The house had plenty of towels--both bath and pool. It has a hair dryer and beach chairs, and the kitchen is super well stocked. The home is tastefully decorated and the layout was perfect for our family of 4. There is some construction in the area, but the noise did not bother us. There are a lot of houses still being built in the area. We visited beaches and Disney, and did some outdoor dining while we were there. All in all, a great trip. You will not be disappointed with this house.

A perfect place to escape the cold weather in the NE. The house was beautiful, plenty of room for the family. The house was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need.

The house was nice and we really enjoyed our time. The property manager responded quickly to any needs we had. The home is a great family rental.

Nice rapport and wouldve liked to have met in person but covid :( Appreciated the delivery of a mixer and muffin tins. (FYI could use a nicer, bigger cookie sheet).

Our family, along with our two furry pals, were able to spread out. We stayed in mostly due to Covid. I enjoyed cooking and baking in the large kitchen! Loved the ceiling fans and tvs galore! Our daughter enjoyed Zoom teaching from the nice office, while our son could do law school virtually from bedroom or lanai. I enjoyed caring for the home and even picking up the large palm branches was fun! Bikes nice bonus as well.

Bob was very helpful when we first arrived and Mike took care of a couple of minor issues immediately. Very friendly and courteous.

We wish we could have stayed longer! This is a very nice home and would have liked to book for next year if it would have been available.

This was a wonderful house in a great location. Close to many good restaurants, beaches and shopping. We had a great vacation with no worries. Highly recommend.
