Easy check in and out. House as advertised. Great view and quiet location!

Kitchen utensils and linens need to be upgraded. Location is great Pool cover difficult to use Seating by canal needs to be replaced Overall great experience. We are looking forward to next year and have also arranged a rental for a friend through your company.

Vanessa is awesome, she answered all our questions in a timely manor. Would have liked the property manager check in with us during our stay. We had an issue with our dryer that did not get addressed.

We loved our time at this property and have rented it for 3 months next year. I would like to see the king size bed have a mattress pad and a hand mixer in the kitchen. It would also be nice to have a tv outside by the pool. We love the fact that this property is well kept and very clean. Is there any discounts given for returning customers? Referrals? We referred our friends and they booked a house for next year. Would like to see a little bit of a discount. Loved the house!

Great home ants pool! Our kids like to swim! The pool is really dip which is great for swimming. Very quite and private place . The mattresses is very soft (not firm). Thank you!

This is a great, spacious house that you will enjoy. It is a beautiful property with lots of space and an incredible pool area. It is in a good location and there are numerous places to eat and visit in the area. I can't wait to go back!

We had a wonderful stay! It was a very relaxing escape to warmth in the winter. The pool was warm and just the right size, and the chaise lounges were very comfortable. Everything you need is there, including an ample supply of linens and cooking utensils. Highly recommend!

This house is amazing in so many ways! We loved the layout and openness of the house. After coming from a hotel room the extra space to move around was great. It has everything you need to cook meals (pots/pans, utensils, cutting boards, etc). All of the appliances are new and clean. We spent most days by the pool or fishing off the back dock. There are tons of pool toys/floaties and a fun game table out back as well. There are also fishing rods, coolers, beach chairs, etc. Like I said- it has everything! This house is close to all that you need-there is a grocery/liquor store 2 blocks away, plenty of places to eat and bait shops. We took a day trip to Sanibel/Captiva and another one to the Everglades for an airboat ride and it was easy to get to both from the house. All in all we really enjoyed this place and will definitely come back. It is a great space for a family and kids!

We had a great stay here! Very private/quiet and being right on the water was really amazing. The house was very clean and had all sorts of kitchen items that were helpful for our longer stay. Easy check-in experience and responsive hosts. Thanks!

As I mentioned, it might be important to check the dinning room and kitchen chairs. Some are not stable. A larger person might experience a problem. Though attractive in looks, I am not sure how safe they are.

The Vestiva Team provided great communication.

The Property was within a 15-20 minute drive to most everything. Neighborhood is quiet and lots of boats going back and forth in the canal. There were a number of manatee's enjoying their swim through one day as well as fish jumping all over. Great outdoor space. Matlacha and Pine Island is nearby, worth a couple trips for a relaxing dinner, cocktails and music.

Communications and information from Vesteva were timely and informative and provided us with everything we needed to know.

Breezy Palms was the perfect house for a relaxing vacation. Restaurants are close enough to enjoy without being in a crowded area.

My wife and I stayed here for three weeks and had a wonderful time. Extremely clean and well-appointed. Great location in a lovely quiet neighborhood where my wife always felt safe walking our dog even at night. Highly recommended and will look to Vesteva next time we are looking for a place in the Cape Coral area. Thank you.

We really enjoyed the home and all the amenities the home had to offer. The view was fantastic and very relaxing. We also appreciated a few things left on the pantry and bag of ice in the freezer (nice touch) until we got to the store. It was comfortable and clean and so well laid out. The location was private but really close to shopping, attractions and restaurants. We loved our adventure to Matlucha island. One thing we must have missed is how to care for the pool since we went over in electrical. Was it the pool cover or something we missed in the instructions. By the way I loved the book outlining the nuances of the home. They all have their own character. Thank you again! We left with great memories.

My Family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was our first trip with our 2 children whom are both under 4 and being able to stay in a place with full kitchen, each of us having our own room and a private pool made the much needed vacation stress free. The amenities for my children were perfect and home itself was clean and beautiful. My wife was so happy with the stay and continued to rave about the place the entire trip. We will definitely stay here again.

The perfect location in Cape Coral! Neighborhood was quiet and the house was well appointed. Enjoyed the bicycles for a ride to the harbor, as well as the pool toys, and loungers. Would definitely return!
