The Vestiva Team provided great communication.

The Property was within a 15-20 minute drive to most everything. Neighborhood is quiet and lots of boats going back and forth in the canal. There were a number of manatee's enjoying their swim through one day as well as fish jumping all over. Great outdoor space. Matlacha and Pine Island is nearby, worth a couple trips for a relaxing dinner, cocktails and music.

Staff was amazing, answered questions in a timely manner.

We loved staying here, it felt like home from the first minute we walked in.

We had a great time at this place. The outside area has a big space and the view is awesome. All the amenities were lovely and the house was pretty clean. The pool heater works fine and the beds are comfortable. I took advantage from the small folding bed that I could put my toddler to sleep over my room. The outside light (from deck area) was not working, then we could not fish during the night time. One thing that bothered me a little was the presence of moths in the closets and bathroom. We definitely would stay again at this place!

Awesome home and customer service by the Vesteva Team. Home has all you will need, only need to bring food and clothing. House was perfect for our vacation, pool was relaxing, house was super clean, location is perfect for visiting all the local beaches. The Vesteva Team is outstanding! This is our second year spending our vacation with our family at the same home and we are planning on spending next years vacation there as well. See you next year!

What a wonderful experience and vacation! My family had such a great time during our stay in Florida and it was due greatly to the house that we rented. The home was exactly what was presented, very clean, offered many amenities to assist with our stay, including a supplied gas grill for many outdoor evening cooking events, floats for the pool, and we only had to bring food to eat, they took care of the rest. The pool was awesome and provide many opportunities to share good times with our grandchildren and family. The process of renting through Vesteva Vacations Rentals and Airbnb was outstanding. The process was easy, secure and confirmation was immediate. The customer service of the Vesteva Team was remarkable. Stefan was very pleasant to work with, friendly and cared about stay while in FL. I would highly recommend to anyone!!

Perhaps the one thing that might give a vacationer pause is the property is isolated, you need a car to do anything. That hasn't stopped my family, we've visited the property three years running and plan to go back for the a fourth visit.
