Beach Blonde is situated in highly desirable SW Cape Coral. Especially appealing to boaters and fisherman, the home is located just 10 minutes from fast water and an amazing day on the water.  Two boat docks, competing with boat lifts, make this a must see rental.  Local fishermen have boat rentals available for your convenience.

As soon as you open the door, you will enter a large living room with a canal view. This home offers tons of space, 2 master suites with patio access, a view of a magnificent eastern exposure facing canal guaranteeing amazing sunrises. Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, luxury and well-designed vacation home.


Beach Blonde features beautiful, bright coastal décor. The four bedrooms are perfect for a larger group or multiple families with three king-size bedrooms, and one bedroom featuring a queen bed. Two of the king bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, which allows for plenty of privacy. The third and fourth bedroom have a shared bathroom accessible through the hallway.

The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as abundant modern amenities. The kitchen, living room and dining table offer plenty of options to hang out. From the large, beautifully equipped kitchen with its spacious island, there is lots of space to make family memories with a great conversational set up.

Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are included.  The Villa comfortably fits up to 8 guests very comfortably. Linens are included. The separate and discrete butler’s pantry with additional cabinet space and a second refrigerator are a great addition to support gatherings with family and friends.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for swimming in the heated pool, sunbathing lounges, outdoor shower, al fresco dining with a large table that has plenty of seating for 8 guests that fosters plenty of entertainment options.   Lanai has a completely outfitted built in kitchen with BBQ station. The home also has a two-car garage.  This outdoor area is great for hanging out or for canal fishing.
