Fahrradwege sowie Laufwege sind in der ganzen Nachbarschaft angelegt. Geniessen Sie dieses schoene 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Baeder Haus mit eigenem Swimming Pool und Whirlpool. Das Haus bietet 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Baeder sowie ein geraeumiges Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, voll ausgestattete Kueche sowie ein separates "Game" Zimmer mit Tischfussball und Billiard Tisch. Auf der Terrasse befindet sich eine separate Lounge, ein weiterer Esstisch sowie Liegestuehle zum "Sonnen baden". Fuer Entertainment auf der Terrasse ist mit Flat Screen TV natuerlich auch gesorgt. - Each additional person is $ 20.00 per night plus tax
- Check-in Time 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out Time 10:00 a.m.
- Sales Tax (6.5%) and Tourist Tax (5%) will be added (total 11.5%)
- All major Credit Cards accepted (convenience fee applies)
- Bank fees are payable by the tenant
- Pets are not allowed except on listings that state "pets welcome"
  if pets are allowed there is a $150 ,+ Tax non-refundable pet fee to be charged.
- No smoking inside any of the rental houses
- $75.00 a week towards electric usage is included
- A cleaning fee of $ 275.00 will be added to the rental amount
- Reservation Deposit 30% from the Rental Balance
- If the home has an outdoor kitchen that is set up with a built in BBQ, the built in BBQ is for owner use only. Guests will have a stand-alone gas BBQ available for use during their stay.
