The pool was great and enjoyed the lanai with the sun from 11 to 4pm. The layout in living room area does not lend itself to watching tv comfortably. We moved the twin recliners so they faced the tv during our stay

The only tip I would provide is that leaving extra garbage bags for guests who stay a week would be helpful. We bought a box of kitchen garbage bags and hope they remain in the home for future guests. Leaving no extra garbage bags just seemed to me to me be an oversight.

A beautiful home with an exceptionally nice lanai and pool area. Quiet neighborhood less than a mile off a main thoroughfare. A very nice place to spend time; really dont need to go anywhere unless you want the beach experience!

My wife and I stayed here for three weeks and had a wonderful time. Extremely clean and well-appointed. Great location in a lovely quiet neighborhood where my wife always felt safe walking our dog even at night. Highly recommended and will look to Vesteva next time we are looking for a place in the Cape Coral area. Thank you.

- Each additional person is $ 20.00 per night plus tax
- Check-in Time 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out Time 10:00 a.m.
- Sales Tax (6.5%) and Tourist Tax (5%) will be added (total 11.5%)
- All major Credit Cards accepted (convenience fee applies)
- Bank fees are payable by the tenant
- Pets are not allowed except on listings that state "pets welcome"
if pets are allowed there is a $150 ,+ Tax non-refundable pet fee to be charged.
- No smoking inside any of the rental houses
- $75.00 a week towards electric usage is included
- A cleaning fee of $ 275.00 will be added to the rental amount
- Reservation Deposit 30% from the Rental Balance
- If the home has an outdoor kitchen that is set up with a built in BBQ, the built in BBQ is for owner use only. Guests will have a stand-alone gas BBQ available for use during their stay.
- When booking through a 3rd party such as Airbnb, VRBO etc. pls. note you will also receive an email from Vesteva that will need to be approved and acknowledged and just reinforces the Terms and Conditions already stated on those 3rd party sites.
