The home is very nice, spacious and extremely clean. The amenities were nice (including the pool and the outdoor seating areas). The home is very comfortable. Check in was a breeze. Eva communicated appropriately. We would stay her again and recommend you do too!

A home away from home, only nicer. We were so impressed with the layout of the house. Upon arriving we quickly decided that a majority of our trip would be spent pool side. Everything we needed was within 20 steps of the pool. The elegant decor, modern appliances, and overall relaxing environment made for a fantastic vacation. With the beach, grocery, and restaurants all within a few minutes drive, we were able to maximize every minute of our time in south Florida. We rented the Jacaranda home for our vacation in Cape Coral in April 2017. We absolutely love this house! It even exceed our expectations. The house is very beautiful, newly built, beautiful decorated, absolutely clean and maintained and had a perfect size for us, 4 adults and one child. We loved the pool area, with the heated pool, spa, lounge area, dinner seating and sunbeds. It is very nice with the cover over the pool area so you dont get visits of any bugs. The house has a deck by the water. It is a beautiful scenery in the backyard/pool area towards the canal. The house is situated in a calm and nice neighborhood and is close to everything (by car). We strongly recommend this house if you have high standards and expectations on your vacation home!! We also strongly recommend Vesteva as a vacation rental agency! Booking were easy and they sent all necessary information about the house and surrounding area. Getting access to the key was easy and we did not need to check in on a specific time. They came to visits the first morning and showed us the things we needed to know and we could ask the questions we might have. This is a company you can trust, which is very important. If we rent a vacation home in Cape Coral and the surroundings again, we will definitely rent through Vesteva again! Members of your team are all excellent to work with. Never have we experiencesd anything but friendly services.

We have stayed at the Flamingo Bay house for 10 straight years; however, the property is in the process of being sold. We have always enjoyed staying there and always felt like we were coming home each year when we would arrive. We are so sad not having a definite place for next year. Please find us a place soon. We are anxious to lock something in. Please advise us as soon as you have a house for us.

We had such a great time staying in the Diana. The house had everything we needed, plenty of room for our family and the pool, hot tub, and lanai were so relaxing. We will be back!

We loved the clean updated feel of the house. The kids loved the pool. Everyone was happy. I think if we had stayed longer than a week, I would have had a difficult time sleeping on the king mattress in the room on the garage side of the house. One side of the mattress essentially has a large dip in it. It's hard to avoid. Also, in that same room, the ceiling fan is very noisy. We usually sleep with a ceiling fan so we turned it on out of habit, but then quickly shut it off because of the noise. Maybe that is a picky detail, but it is something I noticed that you might want to check into. Didn't ruin our trip though! Thankyou!

Cordova was perfect for our week in the Fort Myers area! It is a spacious home with a lovely lanai and pool, situated on the canal. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and modern. The bedrooms had extra linens and plenty of towels. Three of the bedrooms have TVs, and two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. With cable and strong wifi, everyone was happy during down time. We were happy to see a couple beach chairs and an umbrella in the garage which we brought with us to Sanibel Island .. and a set of golf clubs that my father in law used at a local public course. I would recommend Cordova to families looking for a quiet and comfortable vacation that is close to restaurants, coffee shops, groceries and beaches!

Very professional, organized and prompt. Fortunately we did not have any issues, but I felt very confident that they would have been there for us had we had an issue based on the way everything else was handled. 10 out of 10 from my standpoint.

Lovely accommodations. Very quiet neighborhood, comfortable home, great pool, and even some fishing off the deck! Especially nice in the afternoon for sunsets.

Our stay was very nice, the grill is a hazard and should be updated. I am not sure if you are aware but the knobs are not pointing in the correct direction.

. The house was beautiful and our stay was very nice. We had a very relaxing time and would stay here for sure. Our only concern is that the grill was not in good working condition and there are no beach chairs to speak of. I would recommend this home to my friends if ever they were looking for a place in Cape Coral.
