Beautiful home in a very quite neighborhood. Very clean, comfortable, and peaceful. It was our first time vacationing to Florida. The pool area was amazing! We spent a lot of time out there. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want to cook with, very well stocked but the tap water did have a salty taste. The location is more secluded and took us about 30 min. To get to Fort Myers and about an hour to Sanibel Island. Great Vacation Home!

Spacious home with ample amenities. The large pool kept our kids entertained while at the property. Fantastic view of the canal and beautiful sunsets right out the back door!

What a wonderful experience and vacation! My family had such a great time during our stay in Florida and it was due greatly to the house that we rented. The home was exactly what was presented, very clean, offered many amenities to assist with our stay, including a supplied gas grill for many outdoor evening cooking events, floats for the pool, and we only had to bring food to eat, they took care of the rest. The pool was awesome and provide many opportunities to share good times with our grandchildren and family. The process of renting through Vesteva Vacations Rentals and Airbnb was outstanding. The process was easy, secure and confirmation was immediate. The customer service of the Vesteva Team was remarkable. Stefan was very pleasant to work with, friendly and cared about stay while in FL. I would highly recommend to anyone!!

The house and pool area are a beautifully decorated, excellent space to spend time with our family! The bonus of having a pool table was a great way to spend quality family time without having electronics in their hands!! We would definitely stay again at this house. The lay out is perfect!! We went down for a baseball tournament and it was a perfect place to come back to after a day at the field!! Having a pool table for the kids to play was a great way to have family time without electronics in their hands!! We would definitely stay at this residence again when we travel to Fort Myers for a ball tournament again!!

We loved the villa so much, even better than the stunning photos on your website. The pool area was just fabulous and we spent plenty of time relaxing in the hot tub.

We had a great stay. All expectations were met. House was very nice, and perfect for our family. Channel kayaking, bike rides, channel fishing, dolphin tours, and a with Fort Myers beach within reach.

This house is as advertised and better. The patio and lanai were large and great for lounging while over looking the Cape Coral canals. We thoroughly enjoyed this rental and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. Only thing that wasn't ideal was personal preference in that all of the beds were very very soft. But I'm sure that's a plus for list people!

Service was very friendly and excellent when needed. There were only small things missing and they were replaced immediately on request.

Most comfortable house we ever stayed in. Lots of space, tasteful decoration and practical amenities. Everything worked well (dishwasher, washing machine etc).

The location is in a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. There were Burrowing Owl nests everywhere so it was really cool to walk my dog and check out the wildlife. Close to Ft Myers and Sanibel/Captiva. Took the ferry to Key West for a weekend and had a great time. Neighborhood was nice, quiet, safe.

Our family had a wonderful stay at White Sands. Peaceful, well appointed and very comfortable, this was the perfect place to rest and recoup with the kids. The pool was a huge hit with the kids and the house was spacious and kitted with everything you might need. Very quiet neighborhood, but close to the supermarket and restaurants.

Thank you to Bob and the team for setting us in. If we visit again? We would definitely use Vesteva. Highly recommended!

Overall an excellent experience. A small hiccup with the Wi-Fi but they were very persistent with the company to get it fixed. This was probably the nicest place I have ever stayed in. One thing to note - and it's not really a big deal- the nice grill you see in the photos is not the one you get to use. They have another one in the garage you need to roll over to the pool area for guest use. The tank was full and it worked great but it could be a disappointment for someone expecting to use the built in grill already in place. Everything was super clean and the quality of this place is obvious once you drive up. I'll certainly be keeping this in mind for future trips to the area.
