This house is amazing. The floorplan is excellent allowing for privacy in the master suite as well as an open floor plan to enjoy family and friends. We loved the pool table and all of the open areas where we were able to play cards or board games or just relax and watch TV. Most importantly, we enjoyed the open patio area and the screened in pool. We were able to turn the pool up so that it was quite warm even though the air was cooler. This allowed for swimming on days that were not ideally warm. The patio is also furnished in a lovely manner with a large table and a barbecue. We spent most of our time there and boy do we miss it now that we are home in Michigan. Besides the pool, I think my favorite part about this house was the decor. Often times rentals are decorated in the stereotypical Florida style of rattan and tropical print with cold floors and dated accessories. While this home does have a bit of a tropical theme, the home is accented with aqua blues and whites that are both calming and classy. Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island are about 30 minutes away. Make sure you check out both.

Thank you for being such great hosts! We loved the proximity to Ft. Meyers Beach and Sanibel. There are so many places to visit within an hours drive,we can't wait to return and check more off our list of things to see. Check out Lee's State Park to see Manatees!

The pool was such a nice addition to our stay at the house. Was so nice to be able to just chill at the house some days and not have to go anywhere to have fun!

Its hard to express how much we enjoyed staying at Heron House. Clean, perfectly furnished, beds were so comfortable. We will definitely be looking this same house on our next trip to Florida. Thank you and Happy New Year!

This is a beautiful house in a beautiful location. Super clean, updated appliances, three great TVs and comfortable beds and furnishing. The pool area was gorgeous and was perfect to host family meals outside. The Boathouse Tiki Bar was walking distance away and was dynamite. Loved everything about our stay at Heron House and will definitely stay here again!

Vanessa was very personable and helpful with all of my questions.

House was lovely, neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Wish the pool was warmer, but otherwise no complaints.

Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und zwei Kleinkindern fr 15 Tage im Dezember vor Ort. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, hat eine groe Kche, komfortable Betten und ist Sauber. 5 Sterne und gerne wieder!

An outstanding property and very professional services!

We really enjoyed our stay at Bellevue. The place is tastefully decorated and well equipped! BBQ in front of a sunset view of the pool and the canal was the highlight of our trip. For our convenience, the management company provided a starter package of detergent, dish washer soap and dish detergent as well as paper towel and toilet paper. Previous renters also left behind plenty of cooking condiments and other household necessities.

Vesteva team members are very easy to work with. I know I can call them with any concern and they will address it.

We loved staying in Cape Coral in White Sands. Very nice home!

We were not homefir either checkin or checkout so only email interaction.

The house was great. Modern decor and updated furniture. The baby gate was nice to have for our youngest and the kayaks were a nice touch to help us explore the gorgeous canals.

We enjoyed our stay very much over the Thanksgiving weekend. The house was perfect for our large family. The kids, and adults, loved the swimming pool and patio space. Additionally, we had the supermarket, as well as other services, within a 4 minute drive.

This place was great! It really does have everything you need - kayaks, fishing gear, tons of towels, a great grill, bikes, life jackets, pool toys, sand toys, heated hot tub and pool, toys, kitchen equipment, great beds, a great couch and premium television channels and on-demand. We are a family of five and had such a great experience at the home. The house is just a mile from Publix and some small restaurants the main area of Cape Coral is approx 25 minutes away.

Vanessa personally welcomed us and checked us in the morning after arrival...we really liked this house and working with Vesteva. Thanks to Vanessa for coming to personally check us in and extending a late check out so we could relax before our flight and finish some minor housekeeping.

We loved this property--great location and very neutral decor. We felt very at home with the extra amenities (Keurig and regular coffee maker, well stocked kitchen with dishwasher, bikes, great loungers with cushions by the pool, very nice Tommy Bahama beach chairs, extra nice outdoor seating and good linens). We highly recommend Rainbow Boat rental; they delivered to the house and walked us through the waterways and where to go--not to mention the boat was very nice and clean! The pool was nice and stayed 86-90 degrees.

We have stayed at Villa Scarlett for the second time and will come again. It's all perfect...we love the house.
