Bob stopped by the house and was very friendly and had suggestions on where to go for dinner. The only small negative was the outlets at the sink did not work. I was told someone would be coming to fix, but did not show. I was able to plug in the blow dryer in the bedroom so it all worked out.

The house was perfect for my family. We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this rental property, it was well maintained and tastefully decorated.

Wow...what a beautiful house, and what a wonderful vacation! We were amazed...the house has everything needed for a stress free vacation...from bikes to use, to a fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, pool toys, etc. Not to mention the beach is about a 30 second walk away. Grocery store is a 5 min drive. Quiet, family friendly beach. We can't wait to return!

Vesteva was so easy and professional to work with. Very quick to respond to all emails and questions regarding the property.

This property was an amazing fit for our family! The split floorplan allowed the kids to have their own space and the adults to have their own privacy too. My son loved fishing off of the freshwater canal. There were some huge fish in there! My daughters loved the clean warm pool. It was also relaxing at night to sit in the whirlpool. The home is very nicely decorated and all the furnishings looked brand new. There were lots of fun relaxing things to do nearby. The neighborhood was quiet and nice for walking. We spotted several tortoises and Cape Owls just next door to the property. Matlacha Island and it's quaint shops we're just a quick drive from the home. There was an area right nearby that was also great for manatee watching. Definitely want to come back to this property.

Pool area is fabulous, right on canal. We rented a boat for a week and it was docked right at house. Loved that there were some supplies to use without having to buy EVERYTHING! House very comfortable and spacious. Loved that there were some supplies! I have rented before where there wasn't even a packet of salt! Very comfortable and spacious.

This home is lovely. Just minutes from shopping, restaurants. Centrally located. Very tastefully decorated. Would stay there again. We even had a ground burrowing owl visit, and caught fish off the dock.

Wer sich erholen mchte ist hier genau richtig. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der eigene Steg an dem des fteren Schildkrten vorbeischwimmen. Traumhaft!

Outstanding! I have stayed at many places. But this is a 5 star all the way, clean, easy communication, and the home was much better than we even anticipated. Would highly recommend if your looking for total relaxation and high end amenities. Home owner has provided ample supply's in kitchen and throughout.

Beautiful house and very quiet neighborhood! House is perfect, and in great condition. Just a bit of a drive from Beach..however, near shops and restaurants

The rental company was wonderful to work with before and after our arrival. You offer a incredibly wonderful vacation home. Enjoyed the home and the saltwater pool. As a first time renter, I did not know what to expect. Having a nice home to go back to after the memorial service was wonderful. The home was bigger and better than the photos and our imagination. Everything about the home was relaxing and put us in vacation mode. All four bedrooms were very nice with comfortable beds. Lots of closets with hangers. They had available a couple of bicycles in the garage we had fun with those. They even had available some beach chairs that we took to the beach with us, our hosts think of everything a family might need renting a vacation home. The kitchen had almost every kitchen appliance you could think of from toaster, blender, waffle maker, & coffee pot with filters, and more. The pool was warm and wonderful, with the added comfort of tables and chairs outside under the patio. The views of the canal and the evening sunsets are amazing. Renting this home is a no brainer, just do it you won't be sorry.

Had a great, relaxing stay. Felt right at home. My wife and I, with college age son and daughter had plenty of space. Very spacious master bath too! Be sure to plan plenty of time to enjoy the east facing canal dock in the mornings or poolside at the beautiful pool. Plenty to do around Cape Coral and easy enough to get to the beaches.

We are already receiving property information regularly from Steffen and he is very helpful and knowledgeable.

We absolutely loved Rubicon Nights. The outdoor pool (no enclosure)was absolutely awesome. We were happy with the home overall and enjoyed watching the sea life in the waterway.

This property is beautiful, it is very well maintained and well equipped. The pool area was lovely, the house was very clean. Would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again.
