Everybody was readily available for questions and very helpful.

I was very impressed with the service. Our gas grill was not working very well, I called to report it and Vesteva replaced it with a brand new gas grill within hours of my reporting it. It was very impressive and greatly appreciated!

Emilio was very friendly and answered some of our questions although had no idea on how the security system or speaker system worked and how to lower the patio screen

Would highly recommend this rental property. Beautifully decorated. Excellent location to beach and grocery store. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely pool area which we used daily . Enjoyed eating overlooking the pool. Private master floor. Had all the necessary equipment for going to the beach and spending the day including games. Very relaxing vacation here on beautiful quiet sandy beach! Beautiful home. Lovely pool. Well equipped kitchen. Had all the needed beach supplies. Would recommend this home to anyone. Vesteva vacation rental was a great find! Eva, Steffen and Vanessa went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable in our rental property. Attention to detail is a priority for them. We couldn't have chosen a better group of people to work with! If you're looking for a property to buy you'll really want Steffen working for you. He found us the perfect house in just a couple of days! He gave us his full attention and he made a point to really listen to what we wanted in a home. We were so impressed with his dedication to his business and to us. He made sure to get us into every home we were interested in even on short notice. We'll never work with any other company again! We just can't say enough about the great group of people at Vesteva. Once you work with them you'll never go anywhere else again. They're the best! Vanessa and Steffen were so very friendly like family and were generous in taking care of our needs. It is such a relief not to worry about renting, they help us in every way. Thank you guys so much you make our stay so much more pleasant! Loved the barbeque and meeting the family!

There were only a couple of minor issues that arose, and the Vesteva team responded quickly and effectively. It is obvious that they put a high priority on renter satisfaction. The Vesteva team offered a get together with all renters one night at one of their houses. It was a blast. The team was so hospitable and the food was marvelous. It was a highlight of our stay.

Our six weeks at the Denali were great. The area is great for bike riding, walking, and taking in beautiful sunsets. We spent ours of relaxation on the lanai or in the well maintained pool.

From the very beginning the Vesteva team was wonderful to work with. The reservation and payment process was efficient and very easy. Timely reminders and emails made our preparation and planning go smoothly. Arrival and check in was a breeze as was checking out. Through the whole process I felt confident that the details were taken care of and I needn't worry.

The house is lovely, well cared for and clean. We loved the openness and light airy feel. The pool and spa area were spacious and comfortable with lots of chairs and lounges. The kitchen was well stocked making meal preparations a breeze. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and linens. Overall we were extremely pleased with our house. On top of that the weather was perfect! Sunny and warm. Good job Vesteva!

Working with everyone on the Vesteva team is easy and very professional. They do everything that they can to accommodate all of our needs.

Vanessa was very helpful and quick in having any concerns we had with very few things that had to be addressed.

We look forward to returning God willing. Currently my husbands health is of great concern and that is why we"re unable to commit at this time.

This is a case where the property actually looks better in reality than in the ad pics. The property, Rubicon Nights on the Rubicon canal in eastern Cape Coral, was very comfortable with all the amenities as advertised. The proprietors are very organized, providing a folder of reasonable expectations of their renters-while they are there and just prior to departing the property. The property is right on the confluence of two canals and has beautiful views of the water. The pool and the patio area are beautiful for lounging day or night. Outside lighting is abundant. We used the outdoor grill quite a bit. The interior is well appointed. The kitchen has EVERYTHING one could wish in terms of cooking implements and storage availability. They even had a coffee grinder so I could fix my fresh ground every morning! Highly recommended!
