Great equipment house with everything possible that you may need on vacation. Great communication with management.

Easy to find, easy to check in. Comfy beds, welcoming atmosphere and really beautiful view with awesome warm swimming pool. Very private but also central to town. This house looks better than on pictures and has everything possible that you may need to really enjoy your vacation. We will definitely go back and we are strongly recommending this house to everyone. Thank you. Great and quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful,clean home. Awesome location with dock,swimming pool and easy walk to publix store. The living room furniture is beautiful and very comfortable as well. The week went by far too quickly.

The entire team from the people I spoke to on the phone while booking the property to the people who showed up at the property for check-in and check-out inspections were all extremely nice and helpful.

My husband and I and our kids stayed for a week and we could not have been happier. The house was nice and very clean. For the most part it had everything we needed. If I had to make one complaint it would be that the lights inside the pool were not working. So once it got dark it was difficult to see the pool and the kids swimming. But in the long run that did not take away from our experience. Plus they had someone out there to fix the lights when we were checking out. So overall I would still rate our experience 5 stars and we plan on using Vesteva every time we visit from now on.

Das Haus war in einem klasse Zustand, alles was wir brauchten, war vorhanden. So beginnt die Erholung sofort am 1. Tag. Der grte Bringer war sicherlich die Pool Aerea. Grozgig, super eingerichtet und der Pool selbst gro, sauber, warm und zum Schwimmen und spielen geeignet. Zu erwhnen sicherlich auch die top WLAN Anbindung. Alles in Allem haben wir eine phantastische Zeit in diesem Haus verbracht.

The next day, the agent arrived on schedule and gave us a pleasant welcome. When we informed him about the leaky A/C condenser, he arranged service immediately and the problem was fixed.

We really enjoyed our stay . The pool was nice. The lanai would benefit from a coffee table or two to put down drinks, etc. while lounging. But the space was reasonably private and very comfortable. It was nice to play pool. We watched the football game on the lanai and had access to our Netflix and Amazon Prime shows in addition to local stations. The neighborhood was pleasant. Walking the dog was a breeze. A brief walk to the Fort Myers CC and a short drive to the Edison/Ford Estates as well as to the downtown area. All our other needs were reasonably close by.

This is a perfect large sized home in a quite street with the canal right behind the house. The house is very nicely decorated and we had Thanksgiving dinner for 12 at the long table in the lanai. The jacuzzi and pool with waterfall were beautiful. It was everything we expected and more!

Loved it. Would like to stay again next year.

Most of my family lives in the area and I fly down for thanksgiving every year. We used this house as a location to all meet at, and we had a blast! Very spacious and comfortable. The house came equipt with everything we needed to host thanksgiving. Will definitely be back!

This property is absolutly perfect. There is everything there and not only the poor quality you often find in vacation rentals - it is top quality! The designer had a very excellent taste. It is modern but very comfortable. We will definitely come again.

2910 SE 15th Place-Lotus Cove Great experience! The house was clean, and well-kept, and there is definitely a wow factor when you come in the front door. The suites were great for me and my extended family so we didnt have to worry about sharing restrooms, like you would if you shared a hotel. The linens and towels were soft and well stocked, and the beds were amazing! The pool was perfect for several people at once, and still room to lounge. It was great to sit in the pool, or on the porch, and watch the sunset directly on the canal. We found out there were a few really good restaurants and bars within walking distance of the house, but the neighborhood is so quiet youd never know they were just a street or two over! There was also really easy access to stores, and beaches just a short drive away. Overall, the place was exceptional Ill definitely book again.

Vesteva was an overall positive experience. Phone calls to Vanessa were answered immediately, and what a pleasure meeting and visiting with Rudy. Rudy was full of information and such a nice gentleman.

Sunny Daze this property is beautiful. Bright, sunny, with gorgeous furnishings. The furniture is all new. Beds are comfy! The view from the front door inward through the living room, out to the pool, and then to the canal is a million dollar view. The neighborhood is quiet but you are right around the corner from shopping, marinas, and restaurants.

We have stayed at this property with Vesteva Rentals several times now are have always enjoyed working with them. They are friendly and always available. We have never had any problems at all in any way. If we have any questions or concerns, someone on their staff gets back to you right away with the answer!

We love this home and are planning on going back to stay for the winter months! It's in a perfect location, close to everything that we enjoying doing. Lots of sun, shopping and great places to eat. All within a short driving distance.

We were 9 persons, ranging from 13 to 79 years of age, having a great time in a great house. The house as such is very well planned, with 5 bedrooms, two of which had direct access to the pool area. We spent a lot of time in the pool area and in the pool. The nighbourhood is cozy and calm and it is not too far away from restaurants and shops in Fort Myers. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a great time in Cape Coral, Florida.
