Great house in a nice quiet neighborhood, close to everything! Stayed in the house with my wife and 2 small children (1 and 3) and the house was a great fit for us. Nice open layout, heated pool which we enjoyed regularly, 4 bedrooms including a kids room with bunk bed, and a beautiful master bathroom with soaking tub. Kitchen was fully equipped with tons of cookware, utensils, and appliances. Living room has a nice big TV and comfortable couches, and most other rooms have a TV with a cable box as well. Overall very comfortable space. Overall communication with the host was quick and easy. We did experience some miscommunication at checkout but everything was settled without issue. I would definitely recommend this property and Vesteva vacation rentals.

Great location, very nice house

Vanessa was great. There seemed to be a lag in time from our initial request to actually getting things corrected. It eventually was taken care of. Probably more of a contractor issue. And I realize were were there at peak season. Overall everything was excellent.

We had a wonderful time. I really appreciated having items available to us at time of check in. It gave extra time to get unpacked and get acclimated before going to the store. Thank you for that

The Villa Dolphin is a great house very close to all the amenities in Cape Coral We had a great time, boating is fantastic.

Only contacted a member once in our month stay.

Great pool. Safe neighborhood. The Yacht Club and beach/Tiki bar is a short bike ride away (probably a little far for a walk). Kind of a hike to Ft. Myers beach/Sanibel, but If you are looking for a low key, vacation sitting by the pool and going to the Yacht Club beach/Tiki Bar, this rental is for you.

They were very pleasant to work with. Understanding when we had an accident and broke a pelican statue. Thanks Vesteva employees.

Nina was very helpful in explaining how to work the hot tub which was not discussed in the binder at the house.

The Jacaranda house exceeded our expectations and was even better in person than the photos. Our family really enjoyed the pool area!

I was very impressed with the service. Our gas grill was not working very well, I called to report it and Vesteva replaced it with a brand new gas grill within hours of my reporting it. It was very impressive and greatly appreciated!

Emilio was very friendly and answered some of our questions although had no idea on how the security system or speaker system worked and how to lower the patio screen

Enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable home and very nicely decorated. Excellent condition and quiet location
