Everything was easy and the Service was exellent

Great property, tranquil, lovely furniture

The idea of a property 'walk through' on check in/out was a little unusual.

Excellent property. Very clean, just as the photos depicted. Nice neighborhood, would have been nice to have a pair of bikes in the garage. There was grass all around the house for any pet needs. Would recommend this home to others.

Everybody was exceptionally nice & accomodating. We made a huge mistake & thought checkout was at 1, so when the cleaning lady showed up we were quite surprised. She was extremely nice about the whole misunderstanding as was Vanessa. They were very pleasant to deal with.

This place was even nicer than it looks online. The house was beautiful & clean & we totally loved the pool/spa! Most of our vacation was spent right in the backyard. We will definitely be back!

Worked mainly with Eva who was very helpful. This was our third time at the house so we basically knew what to expect. Eva always responded to any question in less than an hour.

Third time at the house. Perfect location. Great property managers to work with. House has everything you need. Very relaxing. Great restaurants in the downtown area. Our favorite as Prime de Leon. Great Steakhouse and great atmosphere. Try it if you get the chance.

They were very friendly and helpful as this was my first time renting a property. It was a wonderful experience.

There were four of us and we were all very comfortable thank you again.

Der Pool war wirklich super sowie die wirklich gute Betreuung, das Haus selbst, alles war super sauber, es gibt eigentlich nichts was wir bemngeln knnen.

Wir waren fr 9 Tage in dem wunderschnen und super sauberen Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefhlt. Empfangen wurden wir sogar von einer deutsch sprechenden Betreuung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir wrden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Our family had a Great vacation at this property!!! We would do it all over again with no changes!!! The private pool was the best part of this experience.

Fantastic home. Great "home base" for exploring the beaches and the area and a great place to chill and relax. Home was clean, comfortable, and the layout was great for both family time and private time as well. Great technology and WiFi. Kitchen set up is great for all types of cooking. Just a great place. Recommend highly.

The pictures and description of Hagen's Hideaway didn't do it any justice. It was so much better then described. The cookware was very well maintained and very good quality. Everything felt clean. I loved the decor it was beachy but neutral. The beds and bedding were so cozy and comfortable. I actually thought the couch would be uncomfortable but it was just awesome. The outside was just wonderful. My family loved this house and hope to come back someday

By Kelly Schneider (Washington DC) Wow!!! Just Wow! My wife and I wanted to find a place that we could call "home" for just a couple of weeks and wow, did Cape Haven do that. There was NOTHING that was not provided and the condition of this home and all the amenities were second to none. The pool is massive and the paver tiles around it made us feel like we were on a luxury holiday in some foreign land! The entire pool area is so private due to the owners ensure the lush landscaping and Palm trees surrounding the screened areas. The new grill made for some lovely meals too! They even had a Margarita Machine! Finally, the personal touches were notices everywhere... from the furniture and wall art, to the lovely bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival, this place is just spectacular! Will USE THIS HOME forever!

The host was very nice. Gave us his cell phone number if we had any questions we could contact him anytime.

House is beautiful. Great location. We really enjoyed the pool mostly. The only thing I did not like was not being able to use the house alarm for our safety, being in an unknown neighborhood made us a little nervous. That was the biggest thing we wish we could have had, because we were relaxed at night. Other than that, we had a great time there.

The home was perfect for what I wanted. Pictures were spot on :) the location was great 15 min to the beach and 10 min from Downtown ft Meyers. Myself I enjoy fine dining as well as cooking. Plenty of appliances to cook! Grocery stores are very close as well! Very much enjoyed my stay! I will return to this home if I'm ever back :)

It is amazing to see how happy our clients are in villa Benita. In all those years we only got more than positive feedback. Villa Benita is constantly updated and conveys the Florida feeling, that everybody looks for.

Vi er en familie p fem, to voksne og tre barn p 16, 21 og 22 r. Alt var veldig bra fra frste til siste dag. Vi storkoste oss, alle sammen. Huset er veldig komfortabelt, har alt av utstyr med deilig uteplass og basseng. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake! "We are a family of five, two adults and three children on 16, 21 and 22 years. Everything was very good from the first to the last day. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, all together. The House is very comfortable, has all of the equipment with the lovely patio and swimming pool. We like to come back!

I spoke/emailed with three people from Vesteva (Vanessa, Eva, and Justin) during the booking of this house. Vanessa was especially friendly and helpful. I emailed her multiple times and she never acted like I was bothering her.

We loved this house. Upon arriving, it didn't look like it was anything special, but once we entered the front door, we all loved it. My favorite was having our own pool that we didn't have to share with anyone (like you do in a condo).
