We have stayed at this property with Vesteva Rentals several times now are have always enjoyed working with them. They are friendly and always available. We have never had any problems at all in any way. If we have any questions or concerns, someone on their staff gets back to you right away with the answer!

We love this home and are planning on going back to stay for the winter months! It's in a perfect location, close to everything that we enjoying doing. Lots of sun, shopping and great places to eat. All within a short driving distance.

We were 9 persons, ranging from 13 to 79 years of age, having a great time in a great house. The house as such is very well planned, with 5 bedrooms, two of which had direct access to the pool area. We spent a lot of time in the pool area and in the pool. The nighbourhood is cozy and calm and it is not too far away from restaurants and shops in Fort Myers. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a great time in Cape Coral, Florida.

We vacation in this area at least 4 times a year and would stay here again if the pool heater was repaired. The spa heater worked but the pool heater did not unless it was restricted due to not wanting guests to turn it up too high.

We scheduled Breezy Palms while evacuating from Hurricane Matthew and the process was extremely efficient and the host returned our inquiry immediately. Many of our friends were unable to book hotels, at VBRO and AirBnB - however, we found Vesteva in the nick of time and extremely thankful for such speedy communication.

Home was better than pictured. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. My family of six were very comfortable during our 4 night stay. Pool was great and town is close by. Highly recommended. We were extremely happy with the home, cleanliness and overall condition of the home.

We have been visiting the state of Florida for over 6 years now, sometimes two trips a year for our family vacations. A little over two years ago a work friend introduced me to Vesteva, she had stayed in some homes managed by Vesteva in the past and had nothing but wonderful reviews. I am so glad she had referred me to stay in Cape Coral and check out the company Vesteva. I did, and was I ever glad I did. The homes are very well cared for, so much that this year we rarely seen an ant on the pool deck and not one live cockroach! No joke, but this is true. The homes are wonderfully decorated, extremely clean and above all comfortable, feels as though you are home. The staff are very efficient, kind, and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure your stay goes as smooth as possible. I left an item of value in the home we stayed and Steffen made sure I had received it after I returned home. Very kind and not expected but "thanks" for going out of your way!! We had an issue with a broken bed, and it was taken care of immediately. The maintenance person was so kind and friendly, and had the biggest smile. Sit back, put your feet up and relax, your on vacation...we will take care of it. Of all my years in visiting Florida, I honestly have to say there is no better company to help you with your holidays! You really should book today, you won't regret it!!

On August 13th, my family and I arrived at "7th Heaven". We vacationed there for 12 full nights. 7th Heaven is amazing!!! We loved everything about this home, i did not want to leave...I seriously felt as though I was going to cry locking the door. Almost as though, I was leaving home and never coming back. I was pretty sad. Sitting on the pool deck each night watching the sun set was the highlight of my stay. The pool deck was absolutely perfect. Spacious, and clean...tons of sitting areas, and the tv was a plus to! The beds were super comfy, plenty of towels and blankets. The living area was extremely comfortable. We used the bikes on a regular basis, loved by all. The boat wharf was an awesome past time, we tried to catch some fish but it seemed as though they liked to come out at night. The area was so peaceful and quiet, almost as though, we were the only people in the neighbourhood...you didn't even hear cars during the day or night. The neighbors were super friendly, we hope to visit again next year!. I could go on and on about 7th Heaven but I would be here all night writing. Gail and Ed (correct me if I am wrong) thank you so much for allowing us to visit your home and being able to enjoy your little piece of "Heaven". We will, without a doubt be back as soon as we can, your home in Cape Coral, is absolutely perfect!! Amazing!! If you are thinking of staying in 7th Heaven I highly advise, it's perfect!
