The house was lovely and the view from the lanai was outstanding. The people who cared for the pool were very friendly. The kitchen was fairly well equipped.

The team was pleasant to deal with and responded quickly to any issues that arose. We have no problem with the team. They were friendly and did their best to make our overall experience very good.
The primary issue was with the pool spa. They are some minor maintenance issues that should be corrected, such as, garage opener light does not work and a new bulb did not correct the issue. When returning at night you must walk in the dark to the door.

This house is as advertised and better. The patio and lanai were large and great for lounging while over looking the Cape Coral canals. We thoroughly enjoyed this rental and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. Only thing that wasn't ideal was personal preference in that all of the beds were very very soft. But I'm sure that's a plus for list people!

There were only a couple of minor issues that arose, and the Vesteva team responded quickly and effectively. It is obvious that they put a high priority on renter satisfaction. The Vesteva team offered a get together with all renters one night at one of their houses. It was a blast. The team was so hospitable and the food was marvelous. It was a highlight of our stay.
Our six weeks at the Denali were great. The area is great for bike riding, walking, and taking in beautiful sunsets. We spent ours of relaxation on the lanai or in the well maintained pool.

I spoke/emailed with three people from Vesteva (Vanessa, Eva, and Justin) during the booking of this house. Vanessa was especially friendly and helpful. I emailed her multiple times and she never acted like I was bothering her.
We loved this house. Upon arriving, it didn't look like it was anything special, but once we entered the front door, we all loved it. My favorite was having our own pool that we didn't have to share with anyone (like you do in a condo).

I book the house with Eva- she is very nice and she answer all my questions. Steffen come to the house to give us a tour and explain everything ( he is very nice)-we called him during our stay regarding a pool, everything was taking care on the same day. Excellent service from management!!!!!!

Steffen was very helpful an professional during our entire stay.
The Dinali property was perfect for our needs and expectations. The exterior of the property was newly landscaped and nicely done. The neighborhood is exquisitely quiet and nearby a local strip mall with a supermarket and beverage store. The inside of the house is very nicely furnished and decorated and the kitchen completely equipped and fully stocked for any culinary needs, and a utility room with a modern front loading washer and dryer. The lanai / pool area is large and nicely appointed with a large table, lounge furniture and gas grill with a heated large pool and hot tub. The west facing view off the lanai is a beautiful view of a cul-de-sac end of a canal surrounded by a dozen houses - very quite and picturesque. The Cape Coral location is perfectly located for beach lovers as at least a dozen of the best beaches in Southwest Florida are with in 90 minutes driving distance for daily excursions. The rental property staff provided complete information for use of all property facilities and hands on demonstration of use and control of all appliances, entertainment equipment an pool equipment. Everything was in perfect working condition. We plan on going back and recommending the property to our friends. We highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a carefree, pleasant vacation experience maintained and supported by a competent and professional property management company.

Everyone was patient with me and lovely to deal with. Should we decide to visit the West coast again I would most certainly use your Vestevia vacation rental office.
This was a lovely get-away for us two girls (and husband on Sat.)...A beautiful and updated home totally void of wall-to-wall carpeting (a hard find for my being chemically sensitive)..Loved being on water AND having our own pool and Jacuzzi. We were close to most everything with easy access...I would suggest the sound system on the living room TV be adjusted. We (husband/myself/friend) were unable to lower the sound (It was a bit loud and we could not adjust it) The master bathroom drain in sink (right side) needs repair (unable to drain) and it would have been great if there were a garbage disposal installed. We didn't mind the icemaker not working, since we were able to make our own. We hope the above info was helpful although it didn't interfere with our stay at all!!

Very plesant experience working with the staff of Vesteva. Steffen was very pleasant and knowlegable about the area and was very focused on insuring that all our need and expations were met. Eva was acceptional when making our reservation and explained the whole process very throughly/.
The property fit our needs exceptionally well. The furnishings looked as though it was recently remodeled. New tile floors throughout, nice quality leather furniture and recently remodeled bathrooms. The kitchen with new granite countertops was well stocked with all the equipment that was needed to prepare any meals that we desired. The real bonus with this home was the outside living space. It was exceptionally big and the pool & hot tub was a real treat. The pool area was west facing and the the sunsets were breath taking. Although landscaping was lacking while we were staying at the home a landscaping contractor showed up at the house and was in the process of designing a landscaping package that the home owner authorized. We look forward to returning here next year and seeing the results of these efforts. Most canal homes face upposing homes directly across the canal from them approximately 80 to 100ft, this home was looking down a canal that ended 400ft plus from the home that made it appear to be a lake with jumping fish and an abundance birds and wildlife. The neighbors in the area were also very friendly.
