The open floor plan with a gorgeous view over the vanishing edge swimming pool out to the canal make this home second to none. Relax on the furnished covered lanai or soak up those rays on the concrete boot dock while watching the wildlife and the yachts driving by.
Villa Coconut has 3 bedrooms with 1 king, 1 queen and two twin size beds and 2 bathrooms. When entering the home, one immediately feels at home. The beautiful decorating style of the owner with attention to each detail definitely make this house a great vacation home and a place one will enjoy to return to.
The living room with cathedral ceiling is the center of the home. Open up the large sliders to enjoy the water view from the very comfortable couches. Next to the very open living room is the oversized kitchen with breakfast bar, granite countertops, cherry wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Two of the three bedrooms have direct access to the swimming pool which features a large pool deck, infinity edge pool and a connected hot tub. The pool is electrically heated and can be used year round.
Das Ferienhaus Coconut liegt sehr zentral im SW von Cape Coral ganz in der Nähe von Cape Harbour, Rumrunners und Publix. Gleich beim Betreten dieses schoenen Ferienhauses hat man einen fantastischen Blick durch das Wohnzimmer auf den Swimmingpool mit " infinity edge" und den dahinter liegenden Kanal mit Zugang zum Golf von Mexiko.
Die 3 Schlafzimmer sind mit einem King, einem Queen, und zwei Twin Size Betten ausgestattet. Zwei der drei Schlafzimmern haben direkten Zugang zur Terrasse und zum Pool. Die Kueche ist mit einer Granitarbeitsplatte, Kirschbaum Schraenken und Edelstahl Kuechengeraeten ausgestattet und laesst somit keine Wuensche offen.
Auf der ueberdimensionalen Terrasse kann man bei Sonnenaufgang ein gemuetliches "American Breakfast" einnehmen und auf den davor liegenden Pool mit Whirlpool schauen.

Steffen made the whole experience enjoyable from the easy check-in to assisting us quickly when the washer had a malfunction. I've stayed at major hotel chains that are not as responsive to a small issue the way Steffen was.

Absolutely Perfect is the best way to describe our stay. Pool with the infinity ledge made the day so relaxing and the area was quite so no loud parties to contend with during our stay. We've found Cape Coral to be one of our favorite vacation spots to visit and we will be back soon!

This property was exactly as described, and even nicer than the pictures!. Decor was beautiful, warm and welcoming. All the towels and linens were of the highest quality, as were all of the furnishings indoors and out. We would absolutely stay here again, or at any other Vesteva properties.

This property exceeded our expectations! The home was a tropical paradise! We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor living space and amenities! The home was spotless and had everything we needed It was great to have so many beaches nearby! We enjoyed Ft. Myers beach, Sanibel Island, and Barefoot Beach in Bonita Springs! Coconut is one of our favorites !
A silent location with direct access to the canal. You reach everything you may need within a few minutes. Elegant facility with a pretty garden. Pleasant caretaker and owner who is doing everything to keep the house in a good condition. In the meantime we have been there twice but not the last time. We felt everytime home.

This beautiful home was spotless and wonderfully decorated with high end furnishings. The heated pool and Jacuzzi were clean and warm! The lanai was very comfortably furnished. We loved staying here. The owners could not have added anything else to make our stay more enjoyable. They even have bikes which we used around the neighborhood. I highly recommend this property.

We found the house to be clean and comfortable. The furniture, especially the lanai furniture was great for lounging, reading and listening to music with the outside speakers. Vesteva Property Management was excellent and has been for the past numerous years that we've been renting from them. Location is quiet and easy to get to restaurants, off Cape Coral, groceries, gas, pharmacy, etc. I think the best part of the house is the view from the living and kitchen areas looking at the infinity pool, spa. The landscaping was well done and created privacy. We'll be back!!
