Sehr schn gestaltetes Haus, sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos, toll ausgestattete Kche, Strandutensilien sind reichlich vorhanden, toller Pool! Ruhige Lage am Ende einer Sackstrasse! Das Haus ist nicht neu wurde aber sehr nett hergerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht! Groartiges Preis-Leistungsverhltnis! Der Vermietservice macht einen professionellen Job, gute Erreichbarkeit, schlssige Check-in und Check-out Infos alles topund sehr zu empfehlen

Gorgeous pool and hot tub. Definitely the primary draw! I appreciated the quick responses to my rental and inquiries. It would be helpful to have an actual number associated with the electric meter and what is considered overage. Not being from FL or having a pool, Im not sure what usage is considered typical.

This is a MUST STAY AirBnb! The pictures do not do this property justice! The open floor plan makes this spacious home feel even more spacious! The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining area and TWO living rooms are decorated to perfection and make this property feel like your home away from home. The pool and pool area is super spacious and a great place to have get togethers or multi-family stays. I had EVERYTHING I needed down to a garage door opener. The house is BEAUTIFUL, the master bed and bath is GORGEOUS. I loved looking out the shower windows (very private) and seeing palm trees). You are within driving distance to many restaurants and activities, there is a Publix down the street, and just a short distance to Sanibel and Captiva Island. I honestly cant say enough good things about this place. It will not be my last stay with Vesteva Vacation Rentals.

Very well appointed home, we loved it! So many details that made our stay there so comfortable...rain shower head in the master bathroom was incredible, kitchen was fully equipped, garage had pool toys, bedrooms were super quiet...we would stay there again if we were in the fort Myers area!

We loved the house! Very spacious for our group, bedrooms were soundproof, very well appointed kitchen, outdoor area was so comfortable to be in shade or lounge in the sun and our favorite was the powerful rain shower head in the master bathroom!

Awesome home and customer service by the Vesteva Team. Home has all you will need, only need to bring food and clothing. House was perfect for our vacation, pool was relaxing, house was super clean, location is perfect for visiting all the local beaches. The Vesteva Team is outstanding! This is our second year spending our vacation with our family at the same home and we are planning on spending next years vacation there as well. See you next year!

Vanessa was extremely helpful showing us options and finding that perfect fit for our stay. The maintenance man was Johnny on the spot! Very knowledgeable staff.

Its a great house. The beds were a little on the firm side but not unbearable. There is only a Kurig coffee maker which doesnt work for a bunch of people wanting coffee. I recommend the House have a normal coffee maker with a grinder and microwaveable dishes handy.

Very easy process. Everyone was friendly!

LOVED Casa Del Rio. It worked out perfectly for my relaxing girls trip. Would definitely love to stay there again in the future.

My mom, aunt, cousin, and I stayed here for our Florida vacation. It was great to have our own space and a pool to use on days that we just felt like relaxing and hanging out. The home was very nice and clean. There were some very small things in the home that needed to be serviced and they were fixed within hours of us letting them know about our concerns. I would definitely recommend this for friends and family who would want to travel to this area. Thank you we really enjoyed our stay!!

Ein wirklich sehr gepflegtes Haus. Alles ist bestens vorbereitet wenn Ihr kommt. Der Urlaub fngt sofort an. Auch fr Fragen/Anmerkungen sind eure Gastgeber sehr nette Ansprechpartner und jederzeit - ob vorher oder whrend des Aufenthaltes - hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Strae und ist schn ruhig gelegen. Mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad kann man alles in der Nhe einkaufen. Mit dem Boot ist man innerhalb krzester Zeit aus den Kanlen raus - ohne Schleuse! - und kann seinen schnsten Strand anfahren. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a small issue in one of the bathrooms and Robert was so nice and said he would have someone out soon. The gentleman arrived after lunch and was very friendly and had it fixed and was gone very quickly.

Absolutely loved it and will book a home through Vesteva when we go back to Florida.

Casa Maria is a large home with 2 master bedrooms in separate parts of the house and another wing with 2 other bedrooms and another bathroom. The house is tastefully decorated and very well appointed with all the dishes, cooking utensils, and amenities to make you feel at home. The kitchen is large and modern. The pool area is large and the water view is peaceful. This house is in a quiet neighborhood and would be perfect for a large family. The home was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. TVs were up to date and in every room. The attached garage was a nice bonus. The only minor drawback was the location with relation to beaches. But the drive was only about 20 minutes and the fact that we returned to a beautiful house every night made it worth the extra drive time. The management company was very efficient and made sure the property was well taken care of. I would definitely return and highly recommend Casa Maria.

Amazing Newer Home, Great Pool and Water View!!!! Great amenities for families, updated appliances, stylish, outdoor kitchen, half bath outside by the pool was very convenient, spacious inside, the 2 master suites was perfect for us. Customer service was outstanding!

We had an amazing week and the house was luxurious and perfect for our family. We all agree that we would love to come back to the area and to live in this exact house again in the future.

This house is absolutely beautiful! The pool is where we spent most of our time with our family! We loved all the pool toys, beach toys, chairs, and even the wagon for our trips to the beach. The house was spotless and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook. The views are amazing and we loved fishing in the back as well. The perfect place to get away! Communication was so simple and easy and everything was easy at this place, no problems and would love to come back! Highly recommend staying here! Me and my family didnt want to leave here!

This is a beautiful home all of our needs were met. Very well equipped kitchen, outdoor area was very nice, loved that pool and having one right there and accessible at all times. Usually started and ended the day in the pool. Located within reasonable distance of anything that we wanted to do.

If your looking for a place to go and enjoy your friends in a beautiful home this is the place to be. The beach is right across the street and the restaurants are close by.

This was a couples retreat and it was amazing.

Luke Gulf is clean, quiet, and the home has all the essentials most families might need. The pool is screened so the water stays cool, but spend a few minutes laying on the boat dock and you'll be warm enough for the water to be perfect! The photos show theater-style seating but the owners have updated the couch with a large, modern leather sectional. The decor is tasteful throughout the house and we were comfortable hanging out both inside, and in the large outdoor living area. Extra linens were included in all rooms and there were a ton of towels to go around - both bath and beach towels. While there for 5 days we only needed to buy a small pack of laundry detergent, toilet paper and paper towels. The home is a short drive or walk to Publix (grocery store) where you can get anything you need. The town is quiet but that's what you're there for, right? Shopping malls, boat rentals, the beach, Times Square, movie theaters, restaurants, bakeries - all within a 5-20 minute drive.

This property is excellent! The property owners keep the property in great shape, clean and with all the amenities that you need to enjoy a great time at the property. The back area with the enclosure pool was our favorite spot every day for enjoying a great time at the pool or the hot tub, eat our meals or just to relax at any time of the day. The property owners check on us as promised the day after we arrived and the day we left, and they provided very clear information answering all questions we had.

Thank you for being a great host and for allowing us to enjoy a great vacation week at your property. We were very satisfied, and will contact you again next time we choose Cape Coral for a vacation destination.

Another beautiful week at a Vesteva property. The best part was the pool, obviously. The beds were comfortable and the location was great. Check in was easy as always. There were a few hiccups this time with the appliances and water heater, but the management was easy to contact and prompt to respond and repair. We will definitely use them in the future.

Thanks for the good communication despite the hiccups with the house. We are disappointed though to have spent about half our trip having to hand wash the dishes for 8 people and take cold showers. We appreciate the professionalism of your company and would like to use you again next year but would love to see some sort of compensation for the inconvenience we faced this time.

Dont hesitate in staying in this beautiful waterfront home in Cape Coral, you wont be disappointed! The privacy of the backyard & screened in pool, with multiple seating areas, pool amenities, grill, dozen & half palm trees; was the perfect setting for our family to enjoy in private. We were close enough for a 5 minute run to the local grocery story, but secluded enough to only hear the sounds of our music floating on the breeze! Having two elderly parents with specific health needs, the home fit all our needs. And because it is pet friendly we were able to bring our support dog too! Thank you for the perfect getaway for my parents, my husband, me & our support dog, our beloved Shih Tuz Pomeranian, Peggy Sue! The house was beautiful inside & out; it was everything we had hope for! We had everything we needed in the privacy of the backyard. My dad who is visual impaired, & my mom who has Alzheimers, both felt right at home. We were able to celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary in our own private oasis, away for noise of the city, amongst palm trees blowing in the wind, on a beautiful waterway.
