Vanessa and her team were very professional and a credit to you - able to answere all questions we had.

We were there as a family for Xmas - it was fantastic and will remain a memorable vacation for all of us. The pool, once it heated up, was great and was used every day during our stay. having hired a boat we also enjoyed the fishing and using the kayaks. bbq at the pool was also excellent. Great holiday - we will certainly be back

The house was fantastic, our girls loved the (heated!!) pool and so did we ;-) Villa Luke is spacious, super quiet and just a great vacation retreat. Vesteva was also fantastic, the instructions were spot on amd the communication very proactive and friendly. Villa Luke was very clean. Bottom line: We can ony echo the positive feedback from previous guests amd hope to return!

Thanks a lot for having us, we had a great stay celebrating Xmas with my family. The house was perfect size for the 5 of us, with plenty of common and private space. We also enjoyed the pool a lot, it was nice and warm when the weather had warmed it up. It was also nice to find beach chairs and equipment to take to the beach which we did one day on Sanibel which is not far away and a really gorgeous place. The kitchen is well-equipped and the furniture is nice and neat. The only improvement proposal we have is to have more some cozy lighting in the living room and kitchen area.

This was a really nice place to stay. The house was fantastic. The pool area outside was very nice. It was super clean. Very quiet and safe area. We enjoyed the pool table and the pool. The only downside is the location. You will be 20-30 minutes from Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, good shopping malls, restaurants, etc. I would stay here again.

Like a mini private resort! This is one of those places you really don't have to leave, if you're up for doing nothing but relaxing. Our family of five, including three young adult children had an awesome time relaxing by the pool, kayaking and fishing in the canals right from the back yard. The full wall of sliding glass doors that open to the lanai and pool, with views of palm trees and the canal lent to the resort feel, while enjoying coffee or cocktails and listening to music in the sunshine. The hot tub / spa was perfect after a night out, though I agree with other reviewers that the instructions for heating them were not clear. That said, Vesteva was extremely responsive to our needs and helped us out. The kitchen and seating was ideal for breakfast or casual post-beach meals and a TV in every room allowed for all to check in with reality whenever they wanted. The check in / check out process was a bit more formal than other airbnb stays we've had, but it didn't hurt at all to have everything buttoned up. There's not a lot to do in Cape Coral, but if you're looking to relax, this is a great spot to do it. And, you're not too far from Fort Myers, Naples and other up and coming areas on the Gulf.

Though Cape Coral is a pretty sleepy town, we were in a convenient spot to visit family in a couple of different locations, and the house was like a little private resort. Steffen was very responsive to a problem with a tree on the property and helpful to us during check in. Knowing everything was / would be taken care of helped us relax that much more. We may be in touch about future investment in the area. Thanks for everything!

This home is beautiful, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The host communicated throughout the process and were extremely easy to work with from start to finish.

This place is great, the neighbourhood is excellent (within walking distance to the local library, burrowing owl nests and stores like Walmart and Dominos Pizza). The place is very well managed, exactly as pictured, the hosts were very helpful and the instructions left were clear. The pool is awesome, just make sure to cover it when not in use to avoid any additional electricity costs. The decor and amenities are as described and the place overall is wonderful (lots of kitchen gadgets and linens). The only minor grip we have is that only 2 full rolls of toilet paper were provided (which was not enough for our 4 person family for a whole week) and it can be a bit of a hassle to have to go out and buy that on your vacation away. Other than that, we had an amazing stay!

What a wonderful vacation we had while visiting the Sunshine Erin in Cape Coral, Florida! The property was beautifully clean and decorated. We felt right at home in so many ways. From the super comfortable beds to the well stocked kitchen, we could always find what we needed to prepare meals and have a relaxing family vacation. The backyard pool and hot tub were toasty warm and super clean. We enjoyed watching the sunrises and sunsets from the gorgeous enclosed patio. The garage is extra deep so that our Ford F-150 crew can truck fit all the way inside. It was nice to have the ability to keep the truck secure in the provided enclosed garage. The washer and dryer on site were so nice to have. There is no need to overpack because you can always do laundry in their clean machines. We were especially grateful for the kind attention given to us by the Vesteva Vacation property managers. It turned out that the property pool had an unexpected problem with the pump. Not only did Vesteva respond and take messages on Christmas, but also had the problem fixed the next day! They truly have Awesome customer service. They also provided a well laid out binder guide to review all polices and procedures of the property. It was nice to have in case of any quick reference questions. We would highly recommend the Sunshine Erin as a place to stay in Southwest Florida for a wonderful vacation. Our family of two adults, two teens and two dogs had so much fun!! Would recommend this to anyone. We spent our Christmas with my family in Cape Coral and was a great experience. The Vesteva team is very knowledgeable and would rent from them again in the future. We loved the pool and watching the boats come through the canals. The house was nicely equipped with everything that we needed for a weeks stay. Publix, gas, and restaurants are very close by. Chad

Amazing vacation for our family of 6 adults. The pool and spa and fishing on the canal were the highlight for the boys!! The kitchen is amazing and the beds are comfy! Bob from Vesteva came the morning after we arrived and helped us with all of our questions, gave us great places to eat.

Thank you so much for a great stay! Bob was amazing and an asset to our check in. Gave us some great tips for things to do. My only suggestion is for more comfortable seating in the living room. We love to watch movies together in the evening and with 6 adults it was hard. Even a couple of inexpensive comfy recliners. :))

Worth the $ and would love to come back to this place again when we come back to Florida. My family had an excellent time and we were very sad to leave.

My family and I had an amazing and unforgettable time at the Coral Star where we spent Christmas this year. The property management sent us a welcoming email with details regarding directions, house rules, and outdoor activities beforehand. Upon arrival the property manager stopped by to quickly welcome us. We felt welcomed right away! He speaks perfectly English and German, which made it easy to communicate as some of us only spoke German. House was clean and very well decorated. All amenities worked perfectly and we had no issue during our stay. Highly recommend booking properties through this property management!

Very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating to our needs

It was very nice, we enjoyed it a lot and looking forward to 8 weeks in February & March of 2019.

Have used Vesteva for many years and have never had any complaint. Any time we were not completely satisfied with some aspect of the rental property they responding quickly and resolved any issues. The information provided prior to booking is always clear as is any information provided after booking.

The property was very nice. Pool area is really inviting and exceptional quiet in the evening. Love the Cape Coral area as it seems really safe and lots of restaurants, entertainment close by. Pine Island is worth visiting - Matlacha and Saint James City are great.

This property is awesome!! The outdoor space is beautiful and peaceful! Indoor is elegant and perfect! Bedding was super comfy and home was well equipped. Community is a bit sleepy, but theres much to do within 20 mins...Sanibel Island, Ft. Myers Beach, shopping. Love this area and this home is perfect! Well be back!!

Easy punch code door lock. Some great amenities they dont list- garage door opener, pool floats, full kitchen utensils, glasses, cookware, fridge with ice maker, plenty of lounge seating, dish soap, garbage bags in all cans to start, extra towels and linens in closet, fishing poles. Just gorgeous home! Pool/hot tub were beautiful. Pool was heated and warm, hot tub felt too hot the first night but then gradually got colder? The house manager showed me how to use the remote at the check in and a pool guy came right away when I emailed them and told them I thought the hot tub was luke warm. Pool guy said the hot tub was working fine.... so maybe I just couldnt figure out the remote? Not sure, but we still used the hot tub because well heck we are from Michigan! Haha had a great time anyways!

The home has beautiful views and many great amenities that are appreciated during your vacation. The home is clean and well-maintained. We felt right at home!

Thanks for being such great hosts. The house was fantastic and we appreciated the beach chairs beach wagon and umbrella and beach mat. Beach towels would be a great addition.

In the planning phase of our vacation, Vanessa was very helpful and patient with all our questions. On check-in, Steffen explained everything to us and gave us some helpful advices. The check-out was as well without any problems.

We had 2 fabulous weeks in this spacious and gorgeous house. The interior is very tasteful and the house is equipped with everything you need. The surrounding is very quite, as the house is situated on an outside channel - great sunsets and -rises from the poolarea or from the dock. Big advantage for families with small children: the pool is secured with a guard railing, which fits perfect into the style of the house (not a plastic roller fence).

Eigentlich ist ja schon alles gesagt :-) Aber ich wiederhole mich in diesem Punkt gerne: Ich fhle mich bei den VESTEVA-Leuten bestens betreut und aufgehoben und freue mich schon auf das nchste Mal.

Everyone that I worked with was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Justin was available for any questions I had regarding the hot tub and swimming pool and Vaness answered my email within minutes regarding more towels.

I stayed here from Nov 29th- Dec 5th with my Husband and 3 kids (ages 18, 11, and 8) along with my mom and my in laws. All of us had a wonderful time. The backyard is an oasis that you never want to leave. Keeping the pool heated and the hot tub filled and hot was a little tricky at first but once we got the hang of this it was heaven. We usually stay right on Ft. Myers beach so I was a little concerned about this location, but we were within 15 minutes of the beach so this was perfect! We went up to Captiva for dinner one night and this was a beautiful drive and so fun to visit this island. My son loved fishing off of the dock in the back yard. He caught a few fish and even a stingray! We saw dolphins swimming in the canal one morning too! We wanted to rent a boat while we were there and when I made the reservation I mentioned this. Within a few hours I had 2 emails from local boat companies. We ended up going with Rainbow Boat rentals and they were fabulous to work with too! WE would definitely refer any of our family or friends to Vesteva. We ALL had a fabulous time!

Beautiful home... very clean and welcoming. I would recommend Starfish absolutely!
