Everyone with Vesteva was very nice and on time.

We loved this place and would be very interested in booking again next year for our annual family vacation.

Overall very pleasant. We got all questions answered and any concerns taken care of promptly.

We found the place very clean and comfortable. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard. The doggy door from the guest bathroom into the lanai and then the doggy door from lanai into the yard was very nice for them. We really loved and used the pool which stayed at a perfect temp for swimming. The master bathroom was excellent with a large walk in shower. We did not use the large tub, but it would be perfect for anyone who loves to soak. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Vesteva rentals was very professional and easy to deal with during the booking process and also throughout our stay. The property was well looked after, clean and in a pleasant and quiet neighbourhood. The master bedroom was very spacious with a great shower. There is plenty of outside space which makes the Edison a great place to relax. Being able to cool down in the pool and then lounge around on any of the sun-beds or day bed area is great . There is plenty of seating for six people to have breakfast or (barbecue) dinner outside.

Every year they have responded to any request we had right away. Left a message late on a Sunday one year expecting a call back Monday, only to have an immediate call back. Extremely knowledgeable on the rentals (i.e. - question was about the pool heater...they knew exactly how to work the system over the phone).

Beautiful house with a nice view. We ate most of our meals on the lanai. The house is open and airy, we especially like being able to open the back wall slider doors all the way. It was very easy to communicate with the property manager, who was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

This property exceeded our expectations! It was very clean, well decorated, and has a great salt water pool. The pool toys have my kids seal of approval. All appliances are newer and in great condition. Having use of the garage and bikes was a great bonus. The boat dock was in good condition and has a comfortable seating area. It was fun watching the fish and lizards swim around. The neighbors that we met were very friendly and welcoming.

Check in and out process was quick and painless.

Perfect house for a family. Toys for the pool were plentiful and perfect. Lots of space and comforts of home! Great view out by the pool. Bathroom right off the pool was perfect for kids. The Princess house is very nice, clean, and modern. Perfect for 2 couples. The pool and hot tub area is beautiful. Its located right on a canal so you can fish and see lots of wildlife. The house location is good, with many restaurants and groceries, etc. easy to get to.

This is our 5th year using Vesteva for our vacation rental. They are so organized and just an email away if needed. They make it so easy for those who rent.

The pool was beautiful, it is the cleanest pool we've ever had in a vacation rental. The house is very well laid out. The landscaping is new and makes it very private in the pool area. Bed was comfortable. We totally enjoyed our stay.

Home is on a nice quiet court on a canal with easy access to Cape Coral's waterways, and quick and easy access drive to other areas of Cape Coral and Ft. Myers. Home has all nice amenities, with comfy beds and couches, washer, dryer, excellent internet and tv, and modern bathrooms. Bike lanes around the neighbourhood, should you wish to use the two bikes available at the home. The Cape Coral Yacht Club area is about five minute drive away with a fishing pier and beach and restaurant. Excellent communication with Vesteva Vacations and their property manager.

Although not near the major FL beaches, Aquamarine offers a private, peaceful, and warm getaway with a beautiful canal view. Nice restaurants and shopping are are nearby and the community beach 15 minutes away. I would recommend renting kayaks for the week to be able to explore nearby. Overall, a great place to stay. Awesome place. Could use hand and wash towels and a few more baking basics. To be a bit more senior friendly, a hand rail in the shower and on the house wall beside the pool would be very helpful. Thanks!
