Luke Gulf is clean, quiet, and the home has all the essentials most families might need. The pool is screened so the water stays cool, but spend a few minutes laying on the boat dock and you'll be warm enough for the water to be perfect! The photos show theater-style seating but the owners have updated the couch with a large, modern leather sectional. The decor is tasteful throughout the house and we were comfortable hanging out both inside, and in the large outdoor living area. Extra linens were included in all rooms and there were a ton of towels to go around - both bath and beach towels. While there for 5 days we only needed to buy a small pack of laundry detergent, toilet paper and paper towels. The home is a short drive or walk to Publix (grocery store) where you can get anything you need. The town is quiet but that's what you're there for, right? Shopping malls, boat rentals, the beach, Times Square, movie theaters, restaurants, bakeries - all within a 5-20 minute drive.

This was a couples retreat and it was amazing.

This property is excellent! The property owners keep the property in great shape, clean and with all the amenities that you need to enjoy a great time at the property. The back area with the enclosure pool was our favorite spot every day for enjoying a great time at the pool or the hot tub, eat our meals or just to relax at any time of the day. The property owners check on us as promised the day after we arrived and the day we left, and they provided very clear information answering all questions we had.

Thank you for being a great host and for allowing us to enjoy a great vacation week at your property. We were very satisfied, and will contact you again next time we choose Cape Coral for a vacation destination.

Another beautiful week at a Vesteva property. The best part was the pool, obviously. The beds were comfortable and the location was great. Check in was easy as always. There were a few hiccups this time with the appliances and water heater, but the management was easy to contact and prompt to respond and repair. We will definitely use them in the future.

Thanks for the good communication despite the hiccups with the house. We are disappointed though to have spent about half our trip having to hand wash the dishes for 8 people and take cold showers. We appreciate the professionalism of your company and would like to use you again next year but would love to see some sort of compensation for the inconvenience we faced this time.

Dont hesitate in staying in this beautiful waterfront home in Cape Coral, you wont be disappointed! The privacy of the backyard & screened in pool, with multiple seating areas, pool amenities, grill, dozen & half palm trees; was the perfect setting for our family to enjoy in private. We were close enough for a 5 minute run to the local grocery story, but secluded enough to only hear the sounds of our music floating on the breeze! Having two elderly parents with specific health needs, the home fit all our needs. And because it is pet friendly we were able to bring our support dog too! Thank you for the perfect getaway for my parents, my husband, me & our support dog, our beloved Shih Tuz Pomeranian, Peggy Sue! The house was beautiful inside & out; it was everything we had hope for! We had everything we needed in the privacy of the backyard. My dad who is visual impaired, & my mom who has Alzheimers, both felt right at home. We were able to celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary in our own private oasis, away for noise of the city, amongst palm trees blowing in the wind, on a beautiful waterway.

If your looking for a place to go and enjoy your friends in a beautiful home this is the place to be. The beach is right across the street and the restaurants are close by.

I really appreciated the detailed instructions for check-in and check-out that were sent to me via email. The purpose of our trip was to allow my son to play in a baseball tournament. It would have been extremely inconvenient to have to meet someone to complete a check-in process. I also appreciated the detailed check-out instructions. We planned a trip immediately following our stay in Cape Coral and had to leave very early in the morning. It was great to know exactly what we needed to do to check out. The entire process was very efficient! The group gave us three beautiful properties to choose from. They answered all of my questions so that I could identify the best property for our needs.

My wife and I just got back from renting the Luftopia house. Great house right on a canal. Very relaxing stay. House is on a quiet street. House has very large TV with DirectTV with all the pay channels. House was very clean and convenient to stores and attractions at Cape Coral. Steffen came out at the start of our stay and showed us how to use everything. He came back at checkout to make sure everything was to our liking. A nice touch and great customer service. We would definitely rent from them again.

Thanks for a wonderful stay. The house was luxurious and perfect for my wife and two 15 year old twins. We loved it and highly recommend it: The house is tastefully decorated and has absolutely everything you need. The view is fantastic and all shopping and beaches are within easy reach. Superb!

Couldn't say enough about this property. Would definitely recommend this to anyone. We will be planning another trip to this same house very soon.

This is a beautiful house, in a quiet neighborhood.The shower and tub in The master bathroom are AMAZING!!! The pool is sparkling clean and everything is taken care of very well! There were plenty of extra blankets, towels, and several pool floaties. When we got there the washer wasn't working. They replaced it with a new one the next day! I am very impressed!

Review #22340703 Newly remodeled 4,000sf lakefront home with western exposure Absolutely stunning property Upon arrival we could not believe how fantastic this property was. The views over water from most rooms was simply stunning. All of the rooms are on one floor but there was so much space that even with 10 of us in the property it never felt crowded. We loved the Sonos music system too especially being able to have music played outside. We cannot wait to come back and rent this property again!! Ps if you go you must try kayaking from Gulf Coast Kayaking. We did and it was the highlight of our holiday. Date of arrival June 1, 2018 ________________________________________

Our stay here was awesome! The home had everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy ourselves. Even though the listed details of the home were accurate, I feel like our expectations were exceeded. We felt very much at home, having everything we needed to prepare our meals and even BBQ. The home, pool and pool area was very clean and completely furnished. To me, it was better than the pictures. The landscaping around the pool area gives it a resort feel. It was very quiet, private and peaceful. I cant think of one thing that we didnt like about this home or our experience. We will definitely stay with Vesteva Vacations again :)

This is an amazing home. The location is perfect - not too close or too far from the busy side of Ft Myers Beach. The pool and deck area is wonderful. The kitchen is well-appointed and the furnishings are comfortable. The elevator made it easy to bring our luggage in and out. Our family had a great time and would love to come back!

Great spot for a visit to the Gulf Coast. A little way out of town but that suited us - less traffic and still heaps of choice for places to eat etc. And a fairly short drive gets you to the Gulf beaches. Overall, a nice space with good amenities.

Amazing place, the photos just dont do it justice! Tons of fish Swim by, we even saw a a manitee off the dock! Bikes in the garage and fishing poles also made for a lot of fun.

My husband I had a wonderful time. The home was as pictured. Host staff was attentive and available for any questions or concerns. The pool and hot tub were very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed them both. I plan to return in December. Highly recommended

The place was beautiful and the accommodations were wonderful. The hosts were very helpful and were quick to respond with any questions that we had. You can listen to music in any room as well as the pool area which was so amazing to be able to do. The location is perfect, literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. Close enough to the downtown area of Ft . Myers beach but far enough away were it is nice and quiet at night. Would highly recommend this house!!
