Endless Summer is a four bedroom and 2 full bathroom vacation villa situated in quiet North West Cape Coral. This home is in a quaint neighborhood great for walking and only minutes to restaurants and shopping. If you enjoy tranquility and things to offer in a home, you have come to the right place.
This location offers a quick drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 5 minutes to Matlacha, 40 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 50 minutes to Florida International Airport.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very modern vacation home.
Endless Summer features unique décor: the four bedrooms are fitting for an extended family with three king size beds and one pyramid bunk bed that features a twin top and full bottom bed.
The split floor plan offers the main bedroom with en-suite bathroom to your right and the 3 other bedrooms (one with an electric fireplace) on the left side of the home. The kid’s bedroom features some toys.
The Villa can fit up to 8 guests very comfortable in this beautifully set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts an open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious modern design with a great floor plan and glass front doors that bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation paradise. 
Upon entering the home, you have a sitting room that features a massage chair to your right and a formal dining room to your left.
When entering the very large kitchen with its stainless appliances there is plenty of sitting room for conversations by the bar or on the oversized large white reclining couch which is open to the kitchen/living room as well as sliding doors that are facing the pool area for great entertainment.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
The garage offers plenty of work out equipment as well as treadmill and stationary bicycles for those who do not want to miss their work outs even on vacation. Another option is to tour the area on the bicycles that are available for usage.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, outdoor kitchen for grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool or jacuzzi for just relaxing and enjoying your time.

Endless Summer ist eine Ferienhaus mit vier Schlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmern im ruhigen NW Cape Coral. Dieses Haus liegt in einer malerischen Gegend, ideal zum spazieren und nur wenige Minuten von Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Wenn Sie die Ruhe und das Angebot eines Traumhaften Zuhauses genießen wollen , sind Sie bei uns genau richtig.
Die Lage des Ferienhauses bietet eine schnelle Fahrt zu allen zentralen Orten in Cape Coral. Nach Matlacha sind es etwa 5 min, nach Fort Myers Beach etwa 40 min und zum Florida International Airport etwa 50 min.

Der geteilte Grundriss bietet das Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad auf der rechten Seite und die 3 anderen Schlafzimmer (eines mit elektrischem Kamin) auf der linken Seite des Hauses. Das Kinderzimmer verfügt über einige Spielsachen.
Die Villa bietet Platz für bis zu 8 Gäste, die sich in dieser wunderschönen Einrichtung sehr wohl fühlen.
Für Ihren Komfort ist die gesamte Bettwäsche für Ihren Aufenthalt im Preis inbegriffen und Langzeitaufenthalte sind gestattet.
Der Innenraum verfügt über einen offenen Grundriss mit viel Licht und ein geräumiges, modernes Design mit einem großartigen Grundriss und Glasfronttüren, die viel Licht hereinlassen, wenn Sie in Ihrem Urlaubsparadies ankommen.
Beim Betreten des Hauses haben Sie ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Massagestuhl zu Ihrer Rechten und einem formellen Esszimmer zu Ihrer Linken.
Beim Betreten der sehr großen Küche mit ihren Edelstahlgeräten gibt es viel Platz für Gespräche an der Bar oder auf der übergroßen großen weißen Liegecouch, die zur Küche/Wohnzimmer hin offen ist, sowie Schiebetüren zum Poolbereich tolle Unterhaltung.
WLAN, Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen Ihnen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.
Die Garage bietet viele Trainingsgeräte sowie Laufbänder und Hometrainer für diejenigen, die auch im Urlaub nicht auf ihr Training verzichten möchten. Eine weitere Möglichkeit besteht darin, die Gegend mit den Fahrrädern zu erkunden, die zur Verfügung stehen.
