The home is very centrally located on a western facing canal with amazing sunsets to view.
Cape Comfort is within a quiet neighborhood which is great for walking but still very close to restaurants and shopping. If you enjoy tranquility but being in the center of great amenities, you have come to the right place.
This location offers a quick drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, thirty minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home.
Cape Comfort features beautiful Florida style and décor, the three bedrooms are fitting for two families with two king size bedrooms, and one room featuring a queen bed.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this beautifully set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts an open floor plan with plenty of light and blue features to reflect the water location with a great floor plan and glass front doors that bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat. 
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen there is plenty of sitting room for conversations which also is open to the dining and living room, as well as sliding doors that are facing the pool area for great entertainment.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
The home features an open den area with a desk and a couch for anyone who still has to bring work on vacation.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool.

- Security Deposit $750.00
- All major Credit Cards accepted (convenience fee applies)
- Bank fees are payable by tenant
- Pets are not allowed except on listings that state "pets welcome"
- No smoking inside any of the rental houses
- $75.00 a week towards electric usage is included
- Cleaning fee of $275.00 will be added to the rental amount
- Reservation Deposit 30% from the Rental Balance
