Latitude Adjustment is a modern, single family home with a boat lift ready to accomodate you! Located in SW Cape Coral, it is in a central location and a quick drive to the Caloosahatchee River or Matlacha! If you are flying into Southwest Florida International Airport the drive is less than forty minutes.

Latitude Adjustment features 4 bedrooms (2 King, 1 Queen, and 2 Twins) and 2 full bathrooms one of them used as a pool bath. It can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests and even as a bonus allows pets up to 50 pounds (non refundable pet fee applies)!

Essentials for a great stay are included. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes and cook wear, laundry is on site, and there is even a travel crib and highchair. The open design of the interior and the large Island in the kitchen make it easy to entertain as it is the focal point of the home. The dining and living room have ample seating with additional seating for five at the kitchen island. A TV, wireless internet, and Netflix is provided for your stay.

The outside lanai area of Latitude Adjustment has rocking chairs, loungers, and an outdoor dining table surrounding the heated pool. An outdoor grill is available for all your barbecue needs. The home offers two bicycles which invite you to go around exploring the neighborhood. You can also have some fun on the water fishing and kayaking (two fishing poles and two kayaks are available). The only thing that can make Latitude Adjustment better is a visit from you and your family!

Latitude Adjustment ist ein modernes Ferienhaus mit einem Bootslift, liegt in SW Cape Coral in zentraler Lage und ist nur eine kurze Fahrt vom Caloosahatchee River oder Matlacha entfernt! Wenn Sie zum Southwest Florida International Airport fliegen, beträgt die Fahrt weniger als 40 Minuten.

Latitude Adjustment verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer (2 Kingsize-, 1 Queensize- und 2 Einzelbetten) und 2 Badezimmer, eines davon als Poolbad. Es bietet bequem Platz für bis zu acht Gäste und erlaubt sogar Haustiere bis zu 23 kg.

Die Küche ist mit reichlich Geschirr und Kochutensilien ausgestattet, Wäsche ist vor Ort und es gibt sogar ein Reisebett für Kinder und einen Hochstuhl. Das offene Design des Innenraums und die große Insel in der Küche machen es leicht zu unterhalten, da es der Mittelpunkt des Hauses ist. Das Ess- und Wohnzimmer bietet reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten mit zusätzlichen Sitzgelegenheiten für fünf Personen an der Kücheninsel. Ein Fernseher, WLAN und Netflix stehen Ihnen für Ihren Aufenthalt zur Verfügung.

Der Lanai-Außenbereich des Latitude Adjustment verfügt über Schaukelstühle, Liegestühle und einen Esstisch im Freien, der den beheizten Pool umgibt. Ein Außengrill steht für alle Ihre Grillbedürfnisse zur Verfügung. Das Haus bietet zwei Fahrräder, die Sie einladen, die Umgebung zu erkunden. Sie können auch Spaß beim Angeln und Kajakfahren im Wasser haben (zwei Angelruten und zwei Kajaks stehen zur Verfügung). Das einzige, was die Breitengradanpassung verbessern kann, ist ein Besuch von Ihnen und Ihrer Familie!
